I'd like to see a review comparing the GT to a Vapo AC.

I know that the GT has lower temps below 200W (the GT's max load), but wouldn't an overvolted (1.6v+) Pressy at 5+ start to go over 200W? :confused:

The Vapo AC is rated for 240 watts.

AFAIK the new Vapochill's are tuned to 200W (rev2)

By the way MACHII's are now being manufactured once again, by another company i hear.

They certainly are, and they did it to improve results in the mid range, where it was lacking in the Rev 1.0 unit :)

The Vapo [AC] Lightspeed is rated 240 watts. Bowman's detailed review has made this clear.

The question remains, where does a Pressy pass 200W? :confused:

The rev1 was rated @ 240W, the rev2 is rated at 200W as Bowman's second detailed review has made clear.

Clearer than Asetek's Web site, which continues to list it at 240W. (link not Mozilla friendly) :confused:

Not too mention that at Asetek's webshop the Vapo LS is list as being 1200 odd euros...

Up from 799 euros when NVentiv was around...

Lickily we Aussies can still get the Vapo LS for AUD$1200 odd (converted to euros is something like 600-700 euros)...

A big :up: for the proomy being resurrected to keep the competetion "honest"...

They obviously havent changed the webby yet, it is definately rated 200W now, you can check their forums and any unit you buy now will be a rev2.

Well I don't know if was "obvious," but they just returned my e-mail and confirmed that the rev 2 is in fact 200W.

Yeah its not obvious just from the website, check the forums and it makes sense though.

Why not just take our word for it that it was 200W? Why argue and argue?
