Here is my current setup, but you can't see much of the WC hardware. The pump is MCP350, rad is Weapon 2-302+shroud, fans are 2 Sanyo Denki San Ace, block is MCW6002.

Hopefully I'l have all my ducks in a row and possibly have my external box up and providing real cooling.
-Brandon
What's the issue with the L30? grinding, vibration? If it's a "meat" grinder kinda sound then drain your loop and inspect your pumps shaft to see if its grooved. If it is Ive got a phone number to Hydor USA, they can get you replacement parts.
-Brandon
Hehe I just noticed you're in Europe, it then might be easier for you to contact Hydor directly since they are an Italian company.
hum, i got the same pump. it isnt worth to use it.
now i use eheim, i love it :)
Sorry Brandon, it's already too late 'cos it was my 2nd who did the same noise and too much vibratoin, too much heat and I just received my new MCP600 from Cooltechnica.
as a side note I'm new to WC and somehow I think is my fault so no worries, thanks for the offer though
New shafts corrected the noise I had in both of mine. Now all i hear is the in rush of air thru the vanes of my rad.
What are those 2 fans doing next to ech other on your rad?Quote:

Use PushPull instead of this (put a 120mm fan on both sides of the rad) ;)
when the first fan turns right and the secon left
its some kind of turbine ;)
haha yea the noise would be like a turbine :DQuote:

My new watercooling setup:
New Radiator(Watercool HTF 3 Tripple X with 1x Silent Fan and 2xAc Ryan Modding fans. Than i replaced my old Innovatek X-Flow with a pure copper block and i added the Gpu-X Heatkiller rev2 with mosphet cooler to my graphic card.
Got ~50C load under prime on my Cpu
and ~45C load on my graphic card, both ocled ;>
Will do a last update soon.. on the top of my case are many cables because i used many cable adaptors for the fans.. so i will get a fan controller that there aren´t so much cables and the system is also a bit quieter, maybe i will also get some new Ide cables because the ones from DFI are not twistable.
Dont wana sound like a mum but... when your pump fails and the water warms up the hoses warm up and the water expands so the hoses might come off..... :stick:Quote:

Your setup looks sweet ^_^

@ Dymone - I hope the WB dead spot showing in most of your pics isn't constant?
Well, here is a pic of my WC system.
Its formed by Honda Civic radiator w/ 2xVantec Tornado 92mm, custom CPU Waterblock made by me, simulating a comercial design (Ketchak nº4) and home made waterblocks by p0stman, a Spanish waterblock maker.
The pump is a Hydor L20 (yes, this big :banana::banana::banana: :()
In this photo, the system is mounted in an Abit KV8 Pro, 3200+ NC and 9800 Pro. Now it is mounted in a DFI NF4 Ultra D, 3200+ and Leadtek 6600GT, but without the chipset waterblock, because its hard to mount on the DFI NF4 and the mobo perform very well without more cooling in the chipset... :D

My watercooling :) not so kick ass but i like it :) (very messy :D)
edit: pics to big, just click the links :)
Thanks for your advice but there are silicon hoses in my pc. These hoses dont extend with increasing temperature. And also good fit on the fitings without hoses clamps ;)Quote:

Are you kidding me? It's not messy! Maybe busy but it looks nice. :DQuote:
