Yup. Before I rolled back cpu-z, I just got mad and pulled out the DMM to check manually.
Edit: I have pictures!
This platform is absolutely aggravating, by the way.

These settings passed 32M pi, but the OS I was on was a piece of crap that simply would not let me get a good run in. It would literally be embarrassing for me to post the time I got while running 5ghz cpu with a 5ghz cache and the 2600 tight ram profile. It is depressing...

After I had pulled down. I used a piece of folded foil as a pot and the ram was probably around -20*C when I was pouring. It was kind of cool to just pour the water off the board.

if you are having issues with cpu-z reading wrong voltage open the cpuz.ini and try Sensor=0
quick spin on the new bios, seems everything is working well:)

Took the Asrock Z87M OC Formula Mini Monster for a quick ride on my cascade at -115c last nigh using my good haswell. First boot of the Board was subzero, board has never seen air cooling yet :p: Im learning the board and its behavior , settings and tricks as every board is different and my good Haswell reacts to the slightest change in voltages in a bad way , so I still need to re-test much more to find the sweet spot to stabilize the cpu over x 61Ghz wich is very capable off, it is a learning experience , a few more cascade cooling runs to pre-test , learn and save some of my own profiles and this weekend ill go all out LN2 cpu and VGAs. So 2D is not over yet , in fact It just starting , so this are not best scores yet. One thing you need to know this mini monster board flies in 2D , very VERY fast board.
Last night the board gave me 1st place 32m on 4670k cpu category , Second place 1m , third place pifast , and I just received this board yesterday , so im still learnin the board , much more to come. Thanks Nickyboy for the tips you gave me last night while I was benching it helped me a lot . New bios work flawlessly with my Team extreme LV 2400 Cas9 Sammies.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it.... the CPU-Z vCore problem.... the reading in the vCore box is 1/2 of vRin.
try cpu-z 1.65
^ Use CPU-Z version 1.64.3. Version 1.65 reads the wrong value.
Z87 OC formula , Z87 OC formula AC , Z87M OC formula bios update 0703
add new option : Dram Clock type tuning , this option is inside dram configuration page below Channel B control .
it is including type1~type4 inside . If you encounter some issue with overclocking and stability , please try this option from type1 to type4 one by one .
It might help to max out the frequency .Especially single side MFR stick .

Thanks Nick!
I have been testing one of Nickshih creations non stop for the last 48 hours on cascade, Baby Asrock Z87M OC Formula , a Micro ATX that carries a punch like Mike Tyson. This Little brother of the Full ATX Asrock Z87 OC Formula is fast , and when I mean fast , is fast in 2D and also in 3D very fast and efficient.
For the longest time I have been playing 3DMark01 , lately I had my eyes on a Gold Cup at hwbot that I want it for a long long time but I could not reach the score needed , earlier in the night after 6 hours tweaking and tweaking and testing different settings it was Done ! Yes I reach my goal that I wanted  #1 3DMark01 with the old school 3870x2  , the board had it in it , the efficiency and speed of this board is amazing , so stable even after benching 9+ hours non stop at -110c on cascade , I just could not lay off my hands of it.
Set up:
ASRock Z87M OC Formula ( Micro ATX )
Haswell i5 4670K
Sapphire 3870x2 on cold water
Team extreme 2400 Cas 9 2x4GB
OCZ Agility 3 SSD
Coolermaster 1500w.
My BLUE Cascade at -115 idle ~ -110c full load
Score: 136,278 #1 3870x2 Gold Cup at hwbot.

That's not all , this baby brother of the Z87 OC Formula is also darn fast in 2D.
Last night the board gave me 1st place 32m on 4670k cpu category Gold Cup, Second place 1m Silver Cup and third place pifast Golden Cup, and I just received this board yesterday , so im still learning the board , there is so much more in it I just need the time to learn this new platform and squeezed every single Mhz out of this cpu , the board is capable of maxing out any cpu . Im sure enjoying it , it is a pleasure to bench on this Mini Beast

Should this thread be used also for Extreme4/6 queries? I think it's a bit silly to create new thread for all different models but don't know what you're thinking about it. I've been interested in the Z87 Extreme6 board due to it meeting my demands best with features and price. However I'm not finding a lot of overclocking user input, any1 here happen to know some experiences about them? :)
