i don't think so. AFAIK, d10 is the only one that works for that yet.:(
multi 10 n 10.5 issue still there... i dont know how to fix it... :toast:
and i also dont know which part off bios file .....causing this multi 10 n 10.5 issue in latest bios than D10 :(
Hey,
What are the differences between d10 b4x2/3 and 4?
I'm looking to get a bit more fsb out of my system (nf7 v2 early week, corsair 3200LL CH-5 and 1700+), currently @ 220fsb with 22 (official) bios. [also a bit more performance wouldn't hurt ;) ]
Cheers, eddie :)
n the new D22 3DaggerX
peform not as good as i'm expected
so i wont release it....
check this out:
http://downloads.modlabs.net/bios/beta/3dfire.gif
i can only use multi 8 above 220fsb ? :stick:
this is with bios 22/bk 22/3d etc etc i can use al multi's in d10 but then no OC-ed fsb is stable :S........... is this the bios or my ram/cpu/mobo
Both the BetaKing & D22 3DFire work great in my board. i find theQuote:

but @ lower fsb. my sights are set on 11x250fsb benchable! i have the chips and now i may have the mobo to do it with. THANKS GUYS! ill keep you posted.:D
3DFire to be a little more stable. I think i've pushed this board as far as i can without voltmods. It's booted @7x248fsb so i know the board is capable but so far with a multi of 11x 232fsb is the highest i've been able to bench, My prommie wont maintaine a low enough temp, So untill i get my chiller back up & running & voltmod the board ill have to be happy with 11x232fsb @1.675v.;)
Thanks tictac!!!!!!!!!!!:D
i just flashed to 3dfire. Unfortunately, still can't post above 238 and nothing is real stable above 200. So no change there.:( As for being faster, i haven't really done any benchies, but it certainly isn't any slower.:)
I've had no luck with any of the versions of BIOS 22. Right now the 14b-beta2 seems to be the winner for me. The most stable at the settings I run.
emmm... do u want me to add more command line on it?
so far
betaking have = 20
3Dfire = 25
i have another 70 commandline to put in... hehehe
should it throw everything in this bios file?:rocker: :slapass: :banana4:
@tictac - are you repeating the 'same' command?
or different ones?
yes please give us some new ones to play with. always fun.

i only repeat same command line... hehehe
if u want new 1 maybe later can throw in Abit AN7 or Aus A7N8X Deluxe but need to test it first....:toast:
would love to see one! :toast: :banana:Quote:

I have one wish. Is it possible to add an option in BIOS to enable or disable POST beep over AC97 onboard soundcard? This option is available on all Epox main boards but not on Abit... It bothers me alot. Because output on my onboard soundcard is connected directly to amplifirer end stage (no preamplifier to control the volume). And you can probably imagine how a 100W RMS BEEP sounds like...
Could you check it out?
ok will check that option... too:toast:Quote:

Tictac... I am grateful for the work you have put into making these bios'es.
My card went from 218FSB to 223FSB with your d10beta4 bios(That also meant from 41secs to 39secs @ superpi 1M w/amd xp2500@2572mhz aircooled)... :)
Edit: I also have a wish, make the bios compatible with 3dmark01se, here it always crashes in the middle of the test, the program closes and I'm back to windows.
okay, i got a question.
I know a lot of peeps have been saying that the "older" boards work with d10 but the newer boards dont. My northbridge is 0311A1, i bought the board in late july. Is this considered a "newer" board or an older one?
I ask, cuz i can flash to d10 and get into windows and stuff to backflash, but it never really was as stable for me as the newer ones. Do you think the d10beta 4x4 would fix that? Would it be safe for me to use that?:toast:
I think that you can tell if it is older or newer, by the type of SocketA lever. If it is plastic that board is older, if it is metallic it is newer...
I think it is like that. But early July is probably older board.
gotcha, i have a plastic lever too. So my question about the d10 situation still stands.:)Quote:

Added some links to the new bios's, sorry it took so long. Hopefully it will make it easy for people to find.

shroom, do you have an answer to my questions in my post 18 on this page? Thanks!:toast:
i bought my mobo on august come with bios 16
n it work well ith D10 bios:toast:
I have 2 nf7-s's right now, both have plastic levers. The bad one hates the d10 bios's, all of them. The good one loves the d10 bios's. So your best bet would be to put the d22 bios and awdflash on a floppy and flash the d10 bios. For me i hadto have the bios on floppy cause onced i flash the 10 bios to the bad board I couldnt get past the "verifing dmi pool....." part of boot-up. The alt-f2 flsh method was the only way i could recover the bios. The bad board has nforce2 ultra 400 on the chipset the good one doesnt. Also the good one over volts the mem 2.9 is 3.04 while the bad one doesnt 2.9 is 2.92
