Got it to boot with 2 sticks by taking out battery but when I loaded optimized defaults it wouldnt boot. Now I am in windows with a single stick, will keep working on it.
Gives a lot more options for memory multipliers.

Nice timings radaja. I gotta try a a kit of SupetTalent.
Im not sure which bios is latest, tweaktown has f6 and they normally have the latest. I installed the UD6 and first boot no issues running dual ch.
Thank you very much Jor for the Tech Station, it sure makes changing hardware out a breeze.:up:

Very nice on a mini-ITX board :D Quick overclock, not highest by any means
Vcore at 1.35000V in BIOS, 1.296V at load (Vdroop is enabled). VTT voltage is at 1.21V, DRAM at 1.64V. Still working on memory timings. I believe that they can be better than 7-8-7-18-59-1T. Ambient temperature is approx. 27C. About 20-30 minutes worth of effort to get here, but as I said not the best it can get :)

You got a good chip dejanh, congrats!
nice chip dejanh, looks like it has an awesome IMC:D
added to the database:up:
Thanks. It is technically my sister's chip since she commisioned me to build her a nice, silent mITX rig for work and her masters program but since I have it here for a couple of days I figured I'd make it sweat a bit before its main purpose becomes word and excel lol :p:
Overall, it does seem like a very good chip, especially considering how "basic" all of the hardware I am using really is ;) I am in love with this little mITX board by Giga. It's a mini-powerhouse. I am thinking to buy one just so I can mess around with it down the line...maybe even sell my i7/X58 based HTPC-overkill and build a little mITX box around this board and chip...who knows...
I'm 7 passes in to 4.51GHz right now, 1.344V at load (1.4V in the BIOS) with Vdroop enabled still. The board craps out around 4.6GHz which is what I tried...the OCP shuts it down but the chip definitely has a lot more in it than 4.6GHz considering that I managed to make a couple of passes at 4.58GHz with about 1.376V at load before the shutdown.
Edit: Also, I have no clearance or mounting issues with the H50 on the GA-H55N-USB3 board, the likes of which were published in the Anand review. Just an FYI for anyone who may be considering a similar combination.
Can pass a couple hours of blend at 4500 1.32vcore on the new chip but then bsod, need to work on tweaking. I think its a good chip but not a great chip, my 660 is better for sure. Still its nice not to be limited by the multi, a new experience for me.
Update, new 4.51GHz run

Vcore at 1.40625V in BIOS, 1.344V at load (Vdroop is enabled). VTT voltage is at 1.23V, DRAM at 1.64V. I do not think I needed a VTT bump but I gave it a very slight bump anyway just to not hassle. A little hotter in here now too, afternoon heat is starting to radiate + no wind. About 28C ambient.

Nice chip, you need to get another chip for your sister and keep that one.
trying higher bclk on the new chip, i could have used more memory but just wanted to see how it did. vcore is as low as i could get it with this multi and bclk.

haha nice 45 multi :)
Very nice chip indeed, Dejanh!
Trying a different memory kit and lowering the timings I was able to run this. A 2x1gb kit of HyperX t1 series rated at 2000c8. Tried these settings last night with my Dominators 4x2gb kit but failed at 45min linx.

hypers? I have the t1 3x1gb kit with hypers but 1 stick died so its perfect for p55
sick timmings man
I think so, Jor suggested buying them, he said they were hypers. It was actually a 3x1gb kit for my x58 at newegg for 124.00. The timings in bios were 6-7-6-18 but on this ko chip cpuz reads wrong. Trying 6 6 6 18 now at 1800mhz.
