MSI GTX295, haven't had any issues yet. I'm not pushing hard clocks either though, I'm afraid of blowing up this board also :D
well it was a frustrating weekend.
This is about all i got done:

It's an accomplishment, but not quite the caliber i was hoping.
Results soon. I'll drain this tank yet...

@gunslinger
Thanks, I will take you up on that offer:up:
btw,
Happy B-Day to the "G" man:pimp:
@Brian
I see that a lot in boards where hot air reworking has been done improperly resulting in uneven heating. Also iirc that is right below the dimm's buck inductors, so i guess they might be just inordinately heating up, though I couldn't imagine that's the case.
It's certainly not a good thing.
Happy birthday Gautam! I'll splash some LN 'for the homies'.
Happy Bday Gautam :P
@Slov when will you mail out classified? I can mail out eclipse now since its useless for my 920
Thanks everyone :)
check out Deanzo's recent super-efficient AM3 runs :eek:
Sorry guys,
cpu can't even bench 05 at 4.8 and now my 295 is condensed out of its mind. i'm tired and i have actual work to do. I'll katch up when i get a new chip.
Starting LN2 runs with Xeon 3540 so far I've had it up to 5.5GHz while just seeing where the BCLK crashes. Odd thing is the system restarts now after I get past -88'C so I'm guessing I need more volt on vtt or something. What voltages do you guys typically have set for vcore & vtt for say a 5.2GHz run?
Try 1.55v to start and go easy on vtt (like +200) until you actually need it, and then inch it up slowly. Seems like most d0's run into issues past 1.5-1.55, so if you're beyond that, you might be overdoing it.
Just a few Dinos , just a few :ROTF:.
Jamie i need yor help bro , you got PM.
Angelo.
Team is currently locked at 24 members and I am not sure we are going to take on much more. Maybe if guys leave they can be replaced with new members. I really like our group and from an overclocking perspectivem, our team is deadly efficient from an overclocker/team total point ratio. Thats cool :)
lol
I have a couple days of vacation and decided to help PURE team with PURE HW points :D Hope 75 litters of LN will help me gather 200+ hw points with all of "old" GPU's I have. This is a small part of hardware I have :D
