It won't go higher due to Shaders problem and RivaTuner....IF you don't overclock more the Shaders through RivaTuner, it doesn't let you overclock the Core..... :(

Use LN2 or dice w/o hard modding the card - the risk is very small if you are careful :)
AFAIK D3D Overrider does not work as good for ATI cards, but it still gives a nice boost.
