Nice job on that drive bay cover! I was going to say that if you botched it up, I have a massive box of those things from all the TJ07s I dissect.
the rad location is an interesting choice - at the very least it will be a good burglar deterrent. :D

In the previous pics i've shown my EK-RES 250. I was gonna put it on top of the case, mounted horizontally. However i really would prefer to mount it vertically, i understand it makes the bleeding process much simpler.
The problem is that the 250 is just so long that it puts too much weight on the pump bracket and mobo tray, plus it sticks out above the top of the case and looks ugly.
So obviously there was only one solution... Buy another smaller res!!!
But what about the 250? Well i couldn't just let it sit around, so i sold it too Switch8, my mate. He bought it off me for the price of my new EK-RES 100, which i got from flabbergast for $48AUD, the last one in stock!!! :D

I never thought i would get to say this, but
THE BP RMA HAS ARRIVED!!! :shocked:
This means i can (and already have) finish this build. :D
The final stages of the project were fairly straightforward, i just had to:
- Measure, cut and install the tubing
- Fill and bleed the loop
- Connect all PSU cables
- etc
However i still managed to run into trouble, even this late in the piece...:shakes: You'll see what i mean soon.

Yep, i mounted the pump so that it directly blocked the PSU cable plug. :mad: Yep, i had to rip everything apart, pull everything out so i could drill two more holes and move the UN bracket along a bit. :down:
