ive been missing for a few weeks, i had a really bad lumbar puncture and its put me on my back unable to do much at all during this period i should be benching... slack hey!

ive been out of hospital for two weeks now, i recieve daily treatment at home, and have one overnight stay into hospital per week... at this stage they have decided that in about 6 more weeks i will be admitted to hospital for a bone marrow transplant.. that should be an interesting experience,

after my first 6 weeks of treatment my bone marrow biopsy showed that i was in remission, its a very crude test that only examines 500 cells for the precence of a leukemia cell but is definatly something that needs to be done before my treatment continues to the next phase..

im hoping any day now ill be good enough to start benching, my dewar was filled up this week and cascade is attached to the rampage extreme ready to go when i am!
