Managed to pick up a set of the TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF and slide by here for advise. Kinda scary that most if not all of the users are intel and this is to go with an AMD PII X3 720 BE.........:(
If I missed you please point it out, but who's using this stuff with AMD? Know the 2 x 1024 set did nicely with my Kuma 7750 BE.
So did anyone get a tRD of 5 with these chips? If so, please let us know the details of how you did it.
My ram is max stable 1120 on 2.1v ( TWIN2X4096-8500C5D G ) and I've question: or revision 1.2 is good to overclocking and what maximum voltage for 24/7?
Yes i tried.... but 1153MHz boot just 2.4v... windows crash on logo Vista.
you should be between 1.95-2.1v no more
xtra voltage will only cause instability
Okay long over due on my experience and sadly can't find my screen shots (on a MIA thumb drive). However even though cpu-z called it PC2-6400 it is really the above mentioned 4GB pair as all of my 6400 are 2GB pairs.

If I can find the screenies I drop back by! :D
BTW need to update my sig as it is way out of date! :(
OK, I've been watching the OCZ Blade Low Voltage thread, and I really want some, as the regular 2x2GB non low voltage on the EP45 in the other room did 1140 or so stable. Running 1130 for the last week or so.
I've been seeing everyone over in that thread overclocking there ram, and changing all the timings all wack. and running Everest Memory Benchmark. I'm decent at overclocking my CPU, but the ram I've not done to much with. I don't know what all I can change, and what it will do. Other than the usual 5-5-5-15 that I'm at now. I can probably run them lower, or with less voltage, but I've never tried. I'd love the help if anyone would care to explain or help me out with it.. I have everest, and memset (Never used memset)..
Here's my current setup and a screeny of everest results. Any help would be great. I don't know all the the timings I can change.. I see I have a decent read time and latency's are decent. but the copy sucks.. How can I improve
Thanks!
