as long as you are not runnning SLI or Xfire
I think you cant beat this board priced @ 120 and 100 dollars after main in rebate.
Seems like it doe overclock pretty well since revision 1.1 based on reviews from tomshardware and anandtech.
Well personally I only got to test E6600 dualie and Celeron 420 and It seems like it requires less vcore than my P5N32-E SLI did. Perhaps it is due to vdroop. I do not know about its overclockability on quads since I sold my q6600 NIB and never got to test it.
overall I am quite happy with this board for the price. My favorite budget board since P4C800 which i bought for 110 back in 2005 fall :)

MSI has recently updated the supported CPU list for P35 Neo2 FR
It seems like 45nm Quad processors such as Q9300, Q9450 and Q9550 are supported as well.
