Kudos to this bios! I can finally run my ram on the 667 divider rather than 533 or 400. Finally i get to use my DDR2800 at more than 711Mhz! I didnt try running up the FSB, but the ram is definately working better. I had no problems with this bios whatsoever. I simply dialed in my OC and my settings and it worked fine right off the bat.

the issue is with drive strength, my guess is you're leaving it on Auto, this will not work with some ram, you need to set it to 3x all the way down that list (just to make sure). Follow that guide to the letter and you should be able to boot up after making changes.

Can you show a picture of how you've set the dram pages?? I have no camera with me atm, so if you can show something, maybe I can suggest something I have different. Would also help if you state exactly what ram/make/type you are trying as it will help others who want to try the same and we can see if this bios has issues with certain brands.....

edit: the issue here is most likely the drive strengths, the board is very sensitive to that, and you may need to type different values until it will post, I have every drive strength option set to 3x, even the ones that are probably not used.
Raju are you personally leaving VTT at 1.2 when you up the Voffset setting to produce 1.4v?
I´ve set all the drive strengths to 3x, disabled the Sata ports (this is my bench rig, i only use a 40gb ide hd) & tried all combinations of voltages.
Also i´ve tried fsb from 440 (with the 731 i can post even at 449-450) to 350, nothing. Tried all the dividers.
I´m trying with Fatbody ic´s, Micron Pc2-3200 (1gb kit) & Crucial Ballistix 6400 (2gb kits).
Will try to take pictures but i can tell you, as i said before, that i´ve set all the tiimings literally as you said, leaving the rest to auto. Yes i can try with differents combinations but with so much timmings this could be a hell, and i don´t know if it will do nothing...

i didnt touch any of the drive strengths. I just dialed in my ram timings and my OC and voltages and it worked like a charm. Great bios so far for me.
823.bin flashed from floppy. Flash complete. Shutdown. Clear CMOS 3 mins. Turn power supply back on WITH finger on Insert key and then DEL to enter bios and load optimized defaults. Rebooted fine and tweaked all but the memory timings first. Boot Sata Raid, turn off CE1, etc. Then tweaked memory and voltages. Booted 300/340 and right on back to my normal for this HOT ES6600 of 371x9 without any issues. Clearing CMOS and holding insert key down before delete key to enter bios are key to success and "raju'' has already well written how he manages the bios after that. Which by the way I was doing before he posted it since I found it necessary as well.

I'm have DFI infinity 975X too :) & g.skill 1gb 800mhz (F2-6400PHU2-1GBHZ),
E6300.....
now with pqi 667 i got 420 bus (around 2.95),
with g.skill i can't get higher than 360 (at 533 or 400)...
If you have solution or definitions for my system,i be glad to hear it.....
p.s for the new bios and 31/7 :)

i wish they would have kept the "Failed OC Tool" in the bios, i havent a clue why they removed it.
I think they removed it because it was not working on these newer revision bios'. The issue is definatley Drive Strength no doubt, also some the the Read Delay are finnicky too, setting them manually is really tricky, I have to leave these on Auto for now for my system to boot, all others are set manually. The newer bios revisions need a master to sit down and offer some advice on every ram setting, some of the options there are completley new and don't even show in memset.
So far Kunaak has had theb best results with MUshkin 8000, I don't know what chips that memory uses though.
