Those are little Waterblocks for cooling RAM or other chips. You can mount them with thermal glue. The Mini Blocks are compatible with 6/4mm Tubing +Adaptor to G 1/4". They are usable in combination with an GPU only waterblock..for example. But beware of the tubing setup which may looks like spiderwebs :D
Yeah I wanna see ic's on a mem stick all water-blocked out. Do you have any pics of them mounted with tubing?

wow havent seen those ram blocks from koolance before, look awesome!!
And probably resistive as hell. Very small cross section and load of tight 90deg turns. Ram uni-blocks like those from MIPS is way to go.
yeah they do look pretty slow with all those 90s but itd be worth it in its own loop or sub loop, very bling :D
