to take off the heatspreader i use some ln2 to break the glue + oil wd40 + screwdriver to force the heatspreader off.

First time i booted it @ 2133 i got through 4 iterations of 32m before freezing, but ever since i will instantly freeze as soon as 32m starts :shrug:
Did you try with higher voltage ? 1.75v for example ??
