Damn, OK. Good choice of OS for CPU overclocking though. I prefer it to XP in that respect, although I find XP better for gaming and benching '03 and '05.

I use 2k for initially clocking up the CPU and for benching '01.

Ghost is GREAT for this sort of thing - 5 mins and I'm booting another clean OS.

Had my 146 delivered from Scan today, cabye, doing 3Ghz 1M Super Pi at 1.5v now!!

3.1Ghz is fine in windows at 1.6v but not completing super pi yet, I'll try 1.7v tonight to see.

if u have the CABYE 0540FPAW (which i have waiting to get delivered) do you think you could run more stability tests like stresscpu and prime at 3ghz.... cos thats all i want... if i can get that wit my current rig that is...

I just don't like XP in general, not a big fan of eyecandy and extra bugs over solid performance :)

yep it s a cpu from him , i have also and other one , but @ same voltage , i have 10° more ...

I'm soooo glad I sold my cabbage when I got the chance... horrible CPU. :(

I ordered a new 146 from computersmsa for 144€ :D
My last 146 was a 0536VPAW and sold it without testing :)

Lets hope I hit the jackpot now after 2 VPAW's.

Order a 146 form OCUK... they ship to Belgium and have the CABYE 0540's in currrently. :)

they are sold out Rich! (have been for a couple of hrs..)

1-3 days lead time though. What abouit Komplett? They are also apparently CABYE's. :)

nice :) OcUK's 1-3 days is not always reliable +no way to know what the next batch they get will be..
