So i understand that like this: if i want 3208 bios i must have new chip for this ?? I cant install new bios 3208 in old way ?
This is the BIOS 3209 wich came with the ASUS BIOS chips they sent me, its configured for 5Ghz at 1,41vcore mem 2133 9-10-10-28 1T 1,5. RAID. either way if you flash it just reset its been a good BIOS for me

Bios onboard - everything is ok :) Once more huge thanks ;)
I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer, do the eSATA ports support port multiplier? I have two RAID enclosures I plan to connect and I don't want to have to purchase an controller card if I don't have to.
So finally board works perfect with ivy?
Thanks for the info, guess I'll have to pick up a pci-e card for that.
I'm actually debating on the 3570k or 2500k to buy today. Are there any issues with this board and the 3570, and I am able to flash to the newest bios without a processor installed right?
I have packed my neatly into the box again, have a MSI GD65 Z77 in my test table, but I'm a little disappointed that it did not run so well with my G.Skill F3 17600 2x2GBcl7
but bios 3208 is ok to I7 3770K an I7 2600K
For the first time in a while...I'm a little bit confused. I'm still running my 2500k @ 5GHz with the 1409 BIOS. If I upgrade to this new 3209 will I have any trouble, instability, etc...? I like testing new BIOS versions on this board but I don't want to damage things due to me staying on my current SB chip for a while.
Thanks
