For some reason if the ram is in the red slots it will allow me to boot up with about 0.02-0.04 more mch. As I move up to 500fsb I can boot up with more mch and have no problems with 1200 on 2.40B. These boards seem to undervolt vdimm so check your actual vdimm for me. Boot up at a stable ram speed with 1.90 vdimm in bios, run prime to load it and check what everest displays for vdimm. Use ET6 to bump the voltage to the 1.92 setting then the 1.94 setting and check each in everest. On my setup 1.90 in bios/et6 only loads to 1.87 in everest, 1.94 only loads to 1.89-1.90 in everest, what 1.92bios would be. 1.92bios/et6 will not work for me and shows no change in actual vdimm. If I try to boot 1.92 it will come up as 1.90 in et6 and if I try to set it in et6 it keeps reverting back to the 1.90 setting. Your using a different bios so yours may not act like this but since 1.92 is borked on my board I use the 1.94 bios setting for the 1250 runs and 1.82 bios (which loads to 1.80 in everset) for the 1200 runs. If you want to move the ram over to the red slots and try to boot 1200 2.40B at 5-5-5-18 with 1.38mch, 50 mch skew, 1.94 bios vdimm, and sub timings on auto.
