gtj, regarding my previous post about the Marvell driver, I didn't get a chance to see the BSOD before it rebooted. It certainly wouldn't load windows after that point - it was stopping on that driver.
Funny that your Marvell driver works but not your Matrix, and mine is the exact opposite.
On a positive note, this XBX2 is a nice and stable board. Running my E6600 at 3ghz, 333fsb, 4gb memory 1:1, vCPU 1.42, vMEM 2.36. 8+ hours Orthos stable, temps never got higher than 58c. This is much much better than my P5W DH! I needed vCPU 1.48v to be somewhat stable, but it never liked my memory.
