Ok... UPGRADE :D
I just the Swiftech MCW30 for the NorthBridge, and the Swiftech MCW60 for the VGA. Even by adding another hot component (The Northbridge) to the loop, my temps have dropped another 1 degree, due to the much less restrictive MCW60 on my VGA card instead of the old Koolance VID-205.

***edit*** (forgot I could list my components on this thread, so here they are)
* Swiftech Apogee GTZ Extreme Duty CPU Waterblock
* Swiftech MCW60-R2 Extreme Duty VGA Water Block Revision 2
* Swiftech MCP655-B water pump w/ Bitspower Premium D5 Pump Mounting Bracket
* Tygon R-3603 lab tubing (1/2" ID, 5/8" OD)
* Koolance hose clamps
* Koolance QDC VL3N quick disconnects (male w/ barbs through case, female angled swivel w/ compression fittings)
* Zalman Reserator 1 Plus V2 w/ active cooling via a large hepa filter
* Arctic Silver Céramique thermal compound for CPU and GPU
* Coolant: Prestone antifreeze/distilled water (50/50) and a few ounces of Water Wetter
Chiller prep on the boards:
* 4 coats of MG Chemicals' Silicone Conformal Coating (aerosol) on front and back of motherboard and graphics card
* Potting compound around and behind the CPU and GPU
* Silicone dielectric grease:
- between the CPU and socket
- packed around the CPU after putting it in the socket
- packed in every connector on the MB (ram slots, PCI slots, power connectors, Sata ports, etc.)
* sheet of closed cell foam between the MB and case
The system itself is finished (as far as I know) but I plan to replace the Reserator with the chiller sometime in the future. This is also my first attempt at wire management, here's what it looked like when I first installed the Reserator kit:

Thank you.
Please pay attention to the rules in the first post (linked in the quote) when posting.
Quote:
Four Simple Rules:
1) No larger than 1280 x 1024 pixel (but 1024 x 768 pixel is preferred),
2) The limit on the number of pictures is 4 per case (if you want to post more than 4 pictures, use thumbnails or post links without using the IMG tags),
3) Do not quote images,
4) Finished cases only, no worklogs.
Optionally, it would be nice if you could list your water cooling components.
The less admins and mods have to clean this thread, the less cranky they will be (btw, I'm neither), Thank you.:D
Thank You, Waterlogged !!!! I was just getting ready to post the Rules again, when I saw your post. And yes, I'm a tad cranky after moving, deleting, and general clean-up.
I hate to clutter the thread posting the rules every day or so, but that may be what it takes.
Folks - the rules are not arbitrary - they were made to keep this thread as readable as possible. Please don't quote images. Larger Pics are not better pics - it's annoying to have to scroll across the screen. If you need help on how to resize your photos, post a question or send me a PM.
Also - a reminder to everyone to have a look at your signatures ... I see a lot of large sigs creeping in. If you want to show your system components, please use a horizontal format with smaller text - you get the info in, but it doesn't take a lot of real estate.
AND, to end on a positive note - lots of nice systems being posted :up:
