Dude trying to guilt trip NN_step is not going to get you in the group, I am not in as far as I know, if I am not (which is probably the case) the fact we know about it, and can get access to it before it goes "public" is a big deal.

WE are involved in this, no matter how small, its still a part, I know a few people that would love to get their hands on something like this, but they are not XS'rs, but I am not going to try to guilt trip him into lettin me be a beta.

Just sit tight and wait, he has not even made any type of announcement for those that would be in the group. Do I wish I could be one, yes, but if I am not then I can wait. Patience is a virtue most of the time ;)

Sorry fi u understood that i am trying to guilt him to join the list casue that i DIDN't and won't mean to

i only was telling him how i feel about that ( and it was very clear in our PM )

and that more testers is always better than less

The selected hand of peoples does not necessarily mean high amount of posts..

high amoutn fo psts, well known on this forum, have something special in his reg. that needs to be tested many factors but not sure which is the correct ones

Having some issues loading sandra 2007, anyone had any luck getting it to instal ok?

It is more or less I would rather have it fully functional... if going to hand selected ensures that... GREAT ;)

id love to help out with the beta testing. If you need another guinea pig you know where to find me.

Still on version 1.2a, got the newer one's but I kinda liked this one already and this is all just test runs so far :) Also installed without hitches, driver cd on hand offcourse. But I don't run raid ect so it's a fairly easy setup I recon. For the people that have spend more time into checking these os's, what would I gain by going to the 2003server version as I recon that's the best for spi? I will check that later on myself, tonight or tomorrow and will report back my findings ;)

Sorry for the very ignorant post...but I'm looking at restarting my OS collection for a full range of available OS's to bench with. I wanna end up with a basic/standard install cd and also a tweaked/striped cd for each OS and I was wondering which specific OS is nnstep 2.0...

I really do appreciate the time being put into this...very much so...and I look forward to it's progress, closed box or not.

EDIT: Sorry for my ignorance...Win2k it is...might help if I do some reading first.

The DL on NN-Steps site is disabled right now because of 3.0 Beta coming, maybe someone can hook you up with a disc?

How long till BETA 3.0 is out? I'll have my server up shortly so i can host it off that if it helps at all. How low spec is BETA 3.0 on running everything day to day?
