2006 x2 3800 Manchesters

I have a CCBWE 0547XPMW batch # 0183 "T" in my hands... :)

I have a X2 3800+
LDBHE 0601 FPMW
#Batch : 0897
And it's a T cpu :)

Max oc (till my motherboard died (bios checksum>asus A8V deluxe)) :
2,6 @ 1,45 vCore

Setting bench area up now, results soon.

just picked up a x2 3800 0601TPMW.

Priming right now at 2.6 & 1.35 Volts running 1:1 with my G.Skill 2x1GB HZ's.

*update* decided to cut the 2.6 prime short and now I'm priming at 2.7 & 1.35 volts. Since I don't have a floppy drive yet though, I have no idea whether the RAM is good at this speed, but the CPU has been going strong for a while now.

Im a little irritated that i had 3 3800+s incoming. Ordered one from Monarch, flickerdown, and a place on RI. Monarch's spent 3 days "processing the order at teh warehouse" which should take 1-2 days. The ones at Flickerdown disappeared even though i was the first to PM. The last one, well i have no idea, it's been days and my card hasn't even been charged. Taking forever for everybody to process this crap, and i've gotta leave at the end of the week for spring break, but everything is being shipped to my dorm because that's teh billing address. So annoying. I'm ready to cancel everything and overnight something from newegg. Those guys know how to process an order.

Well, Monarch is kind of infamous for slow order processing... so that's to be expected :)

Dave @ Flickerdown is still small, so it's likely a simple mistake or oversight, these things happen.

The place in RI - well, I don't know about that one!

I'm waiting inpatientelly from your results, because i'm waiting for one exactly like that one in a few days ;)

so far so good. my high batch LDBHE 0601TPMW did 2.9ghz in dual sp2004 for 4hrs. Now priming again at 2.95ghz. I already tried 3.0ghz, but it refused to prime, however it boots into windows and I can load programs at that speed.

Can't wait to get it under the cold.

edit: also this is done with TT big typhoon. AiBooster reading 55c load. My fluke thermometer is showing 22.4c room temperature.

Max Tcase is 67c

ok, my chip topped out at 2.75 GHz at 1.35 volts, windows does not load at 2.8, what do I use to read Max Tcase?

Ah, well good news, the place in RI shipped it yesterday, for some reason it just hasn't shown up yet on my CC, but they emailed me today and told me after i questioned them.

Ok guys I'm having some issues here. MAL/RP and drive settings on EXPERT are quite different from my optys. Any reccomendations with BH5? I can't even get them to run 265mhz at 3.65v when I've run 275 @ 3.6v :(

Damn they were getting hot for once. Found this pic by OPB (thanks!) and set 3/3 drive strength and 6/4 MAL/RP and I'm good!

BH5s don't want to do 270 even at 3.7v with those timings. Haven't tried dropping trtw and trrd to 2/2 and stuff though. Not sure if it even likes 3.7v. Almost done 2.8ghz 1.5v 8m/8m though. I'm on a typhoon stock fan IHS on.

god damn green stuff was holding cpu to well,go figure. Couldn't tell in the retail box. It's a LDBHE 0601 TPMW though in the batch 0200 range.

Dropped a delta on my typhoon and opened the window a bit. 2900mhz 8m/8m @ 1.55v :D

typhoon + stock fan = 2800mhz 1.5v
typhoon + delta + cold air = 2900mhz 1.55v

Even with 1.72v I couldn't get 2950 to stop crashing on one core or BSODing :( IHS on this is a POS. Contact:
