That's almost EXACTLY same thing I said 5 months ago, when Vince was showing off his solid container!!! He's one of the very few and elite benchers that OCing community ever produced :up: I can't wait to see 53k finally broken! It's closer than ever before :slobber: That 1002fps mark is unreal!

Also, this is the perfect time and place to :worship: George as well!!! You guys are writting history here :fact:

I said the exact thing on my blog a couple of months ago. Called Vince the best all-round bencher in the world... which he is. :toast:

The problems encountered were....frustrating to say the least. The P4GD1 died two times but now is still running (even though it even caught fire :eek:), psychological pressure is off the charts, bla, bla, bla. But they'll do it :cool: It's all about no.1 now...

you are very lucky with this GTX 512 for sure. our GTX 512 had a gain of 10Mhz only from single stage to cascade :mad:

actually only one is killed untill now.crashed while benching with cascade and then never booted again. Hipro said a mosfet died
second is still working, it's the one we benched. the other 3 are not here yet, but it's arranged to test them for cold issues.

Maybe some reckless speculation on my part with the fx60...maybe not. I could use a 3980mhz fx-57 instead of fx60. Close to 800fps nature possible with gtx 256's only clocked around 720/1540. How do you think these 512's would score for 01' in SLI at 820/ 2213+??? Guess we'll never know lol.

I examined King's Sli run, 50.6k, if we give 850 on nature, and boost some drag, you'll get 52.5k at best. But that run is a mystery to me, i really don't know how SLI affects results, but they have much lower score in both car runs than mine, FX55 at 3500, they have FX57 at 3900, lobbys are a bit low to and they should be much higher. Dragothic isn't nearly as high as kingpin's.
Is that SLI effect, bad run, consequence using of only 2x256 rams?
You will have to give it a try kingpin :D.

This makes me me remember of something. Wasn't nVidia working on SLI on-the-fly? U go to nVidia driver application and be able to put SLI on or off. Hmm, maybe it's just me who didn't understand something :confused:

It would be great for benching 01 thow.

Something shorted in the LAN connector and the LAN chip caught fire and melted ... LAN, USB and some PCI ports are not working, but it's still benchable.

that's what i was talking about today with hipro5, kincs score is with GTX 256's , a good nature run @ 800/2200 should be 850+fps or so.thats a lot gain to fill the gap with the dothan cpu power.

actually we have 2 7800GTX's 512, a superb X2 4800+ and all kind of the DFI boards,waiting till i find some time between univercity and work so . also tommorow comes my 0528 FX57

No screenshot of this run. I only have saved result. WHen I try to submit, it hangs on waiting for response. I cant seem to submit any saved results...just hangs. Can anyone else submit savd results to your project manager?

Anyways...I nailed 53,260 with only 980 on DL this time and cpu under 4ghz.
The systems scores are so much better now with a few tweaks I was saving. 243lh, 208ch,755cl!!, and almost 600 LL.
