Great info! My single 256 7800GTX went from 9968 to 10422 3d'05 using H20's BIOS with the tighter timings and going from 600 to 608MHz!

:) hi ya guys, bit of an "outdated:rolleyes: " card now according to sum but i would like to get a little more out my leadtek 7800gtx EXTREME 256.
my stock clocks are 490/1.25ghz and i can overclock it to 550/1.39 on the stock cooling. this produces 9328 3d marks in 05.
if i raise the core by and extra 1mhz it fails the coolbits test.the temp maxes out at 51degrees C.
i run the cpu at stock speeds during the test(2.4ghz).
my aim is to hit 10000 3dMARKS IN 05( iddeally without using LOD). any advice owuld be much appreciated.:) :) :) :) :)

I believe that the process is simple, just replace the 7800's delta of 40 with the 7900's default delta of 20, ie add 20 to any of the suggested clocks shown on the front page (eg 25x27=675 - 20 = 655 final clock)Quote:

If I get the point, this is how it works.
great info, anything for a 7900GT?
please anyone have already tried oc with an 70/80 geo? It's better or worst than with 60 geo?
thanks
