i don't doubt that an intel system could be faster then an AMD system in that situation either, but it was clearly getting spanked before (intel rig was under 30fps iirc, and the AMD was about where it is now 36-37fps)Quote:

Yes this is a little unfair to compair a chip with pretty much 4 cores to chip with one when you have FOUR apps running...but LOL seems that the INTEL rig CAN"T HANG!!! it keeps rebotting and that is AFTER killing what 3 mobos and replacing the ram and so on!!! LOL HA HA seems to me the AMD rig is beating it ALL around even in multitasking lol...or well intel come back and play one you you have 2 pentium M's on one chip...

Why is the AMD systems NOT running divx? it has been at 20 min forever...also the AMD system is on 470 something loops well the Intel system is only 250 something and is double the winrare files!!!!

i think they gave priority to the cd encoding as you can see the fps in far cry are very low so they can say hey intel 2 amd 2

HAHA, fantastic, I pray the intel fails, not because I hate intel, but because of the trouble it'll cause THG to attempt to force a draw, anyone with a brain cell could tear it appart.
id say 8 crashes and i also bet they'll destroy that cpu by the end of the testing.
The intel week overview chart hasn't been updated in a couple days and reporst the start of the test as 6/3/05. The AMD chart IS constantly updated abut reports the start of the test as yesterday when the test was restarted and fails to show the 100+ hours the test was running before it was restarted.
