What I'd also suggest is taking some pads off an old Athlon and glueing them to your mobile A64 if you want to be extra safe. This way pressure is put on the edge of the CPU, not the edge of the core itself.
xenolith, I'm actually using a different heatsink now and was planning to sell my XP-90. If you want I can mail you those brackets. Not sure how long until your water is ready to be setup, but if you want them just say it and they're yours. I have no use for them anymore.
