Ahh well, now the wait is really on. Before we had an expected date(that ended up not showing any orders/pre orders avail), now we can just guess at it. Meh if the wait is long, I hope AMD is quick with my processor. They should get it Thursday, so maybe I can get running again next week, venice or not =\.
At least my new case came in today and I had that to play with.

Wow, I just find it really hard to believe that there are no signs of availability yet, not even pre-orders? Seems odd...

Just an FYI... got an email tonight from an online vendor. They are trying to clear out their FX55s, 3000+s, and a couple of others, offering "discounts"... 20 whole dollars on the FXs :rotf: Said the discounts were only good till the 8th of this month. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Ahh yea was just looking good clocking winnies resell for around 200. Gonna pre-order. I think it shows out of stock b/c it is pre-order, don't believe they ever had any "in stock".

Edit: I would wait for 3500 or 3800, but eh I don't have a whole bunch of cash to throw around atm, since my fx is in RMA process, and I can't sell that until I get it back, and my mach 1/lian li hasn't sold yet.
Only reason that would be, is perhaps the 3000's might get the reject cores and not clock as well. Then again we saw some of the best winnie clocks out of 3000+ chips... So hopefully I can go 311 HTT or so x9(2799mhz). Will be a nice match for my ram if I can get around there.
