Great guide! Thanks alot for that.
Before I got my OCZ to ~275MHz 2.5-3-3-7 with 2.73V, now it'll do 285MHz 2.5-3-3-6 or even 290MHz, the latter with 2.83V.
Still I'm not able to get to 300, but maybe that has some other reason, who knows? ;)
Using bios 510-2 right now by the way.
Use 3.3v line when DRAM is not 3.2v... what it changes?
Thanks
For some time I stopped o/c cause of time. Now I've tried 5xx-3 bios and using the same settings as in 310P I couldn't load the windows. I must tried lower alphas (trc, trfc and max. async) to load windows. It's normally?
kakaroto: Hey thanks for the great read! However, I am curious. Would you change the drive strength values if your TCCD seemed to respond better to 3.1v?
Good idea, I'm not sure either....can't remember if I actually saw any gains out of my ram at higher then 2.9v....but it'd be nice to know what i should be changing, if anything...if I end up crankin' 'er a little higher then 2.9 at all.Quote:

strengths available + 2.96v. Over 3.1v is unstable for my TCCD.
I have some 440 TCCD and it boots into windows fine at 323 1:1 but only at 3.1 or 3.2v...Quote:

That's interesting... Thank you ;)Quote:

Thank you, but it's currently 255+, I would put 128+ or 128- ?
Thanks
Here's what I've been able to manage so far...haven't done a LOT of testing, just Everest and 1M runs:

Well,
even though the Guide is quite helpful, my OCZ PL R2 are still bothering me (or maybe the DFI?) - I know those stix do ~275 @ 2,5-3-3-5 1T and I know for sure that it ain't the iMC....but WIndows refuses to boot at any setting >250 with those TCCDs.
I tried 310-P, 414-3, 515-2, and 515-3... memtest says "Dude - everything's fine" - but windows doesn't..
Any ideas - I tried just abouzt every hint from the Guide :stick:
Usually You need to give some more voltages to get the sticks stable in windows. I had the same problem: no errors in memtest or even goldmemory and i coldn't pass SuperPi at 1M. Raising voltage from 2,7V to 2,8V worked fine for me to get stability in windows at 550MHz.
please I need some help with DFI nf4 Sli-D and my couple of ADATA Vitesta 600 512mb Pc4800 RAM. I used them with a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum at 255 mhz @ 2,5-3-3-11 1T @2,8v without a single problem. Now on this DFI with bios 310, Adata Vitesta 600 seems to work only @ 2T!!! Infact if I set 1T I cannot install windowsXp at all (I get a BSOD PFN_LIST_CORRUPT just after inst files have been copied onto hdd). Using onboard MemTest+ I realized that @ 1T I cannot pass test 8 (it produces hundreds of error!!!). I tried to switch Ram on the orange (2-4) slots. Now I am totally stable (S&M and Prime95) @ 260x10 1:1 (with a 3500+Venice@1,47v) with 3-3-3-7 2T 2,7v. I tried increasing voltage up to 2,85 but I continue to get errors if I set 1T. I am going to cool my Ram since it's definitely much hotter than on MSI (that's weird since it's working @ 2,7v vs 2,8 I had on MSI). Now I would like to know:
1. can you give me any suggestion to get 1T with my Vitesta 600?
2. I flashed bios 510-3 and 510-1 because I read on other forums 510-3 is for TCCD while -1 is generic. Here I learned that 510-2 is for TCCD, can you confirm this? Anyway with 510 I was able to get 1T @ 260 only setting 3-5-5-11 passing MemTest+ but definitely smashing performance into thousands of pieces....My PSU is an Enermax Noisetaker 600W v2.0, if this can help.
Thank you very much for any reply
Can someone direct me to where i can get a copy of A64Tweaker v.060?? The newest version thanks.
I cant find it anywhere!

Damn fast!
I got a free day to play and needed that to help get started as i never got around to maxin out the ram timings.
Thx again ;)
I'm with a problem that seems not to be my memory.
Just look.
I run at 300HTT 1:1 and I'd like to get my memory running at 305 or 310MHz.
300MHz I run at 2.7v (3.3v off) 100% stable (memtest, games, superpi32mb)
Then I tried 305 at 2.8v (3.3v on and 3.3v off) and get errors in the second loop of superpi32mb o.O
Yesterday I put 6.5 × 305 (CPU/7 = 283MHz) and got erros too o.O
Raising LDT Voltage to 1.3v didn't help too.
The processor is not the problem (with mult 6x it's "stock") I think my memory is not the problem too, it should be something with HTT.
Tomorrow or Thursday my new Venice will come for me.

Many many thanks for a great article.
I printed the whole thread and did everything you said and woohoo I got 300 memtest86+ stable (both tests 8 & 5, btw, test8 ran fine when 5 failed had to increase the vddr a bit).
a little teaser:

Btw, I'm using PQI PC3200 Turbo (TCCD ofcourse), very pleased with the results. great ram.
Thanks again man.
