Who wants to cure disease for team 36362?

I am having trouble getting folding installed on my freshly formatted hdd. I've tried several times and they're still acting weird. I reinstalled 2 to 2 different directories and used "configonly" command in the console version to config them. They seem to be somehow interacting with each other. Machine ids change to the one I start up first. If I shut one down, the other says it stopped, but the program doesn't close.

Maybe I'll just run the one and turn off HT. I only have 512 ram on this system anyway.

Have you attached the flag -local to each instance of the client?

Thats probably it. I'm gonna try to just run one with HT off for a little while to see what it puts up. It'll probaby get better numbers with just one.

have been folding for about 2 yrs now, just not for you guys, but... im already rosetta'ing for you, did some d2ol for you, so... why not F@H for xs too

just joined up. Figured I will let this X2 get some good use.

One core for folding, 2nd core for working :)

Hopefully in a few weeks I will set up a Pentium M celeron that I got sitting here (something to keep the electric bill down, while still offering decent performance).

Just registered on the team's stats page with my first finished WU! :)

I've set up 3x machines (a 2.6Ghz Opty144 w/ 1Gb; a P2 with 320Mb; and a Thunderbird 1Ghz w/ 256Mb; and part-time my P4 530 w/ 1Gb @ work). Will set up Dimes asap, and get myself one of those cool sigs...

Hi kLLa142, I had a P2 folding for a few days and it ran fine; but slowly. It will turn in work very slowly and will receive few points for its efforts, if I'm understanding the scoring system correctly. But, as they say, it all helps :)

Btw I noticed my P4 turned in a WU about 12hrs ago (client said it had sent it succesfully), but no sign of it @ stats page yet. Any else experience this recently? I'll try and force a resend later i think.
