Cooling I had the northpole NB coolor on there. I don't have any temps to report to you, but going from the stock nb cooler with no lapping to the northpole and a lapped nb chip got me to 230fsb from my previous wall of 227. My ram couldn't take anymore then 230.Quote:

It can vary but often times 2-2-2-5 is still a tad better in 3D.
Soulburner, I've tested 2-2-2-5/6/7/8/9/10/11/ and 12, all in sandra and 3dmark 2001. In both sandra and '01, 11 and 10 were the best with 11 usually getting a few points over 10 on every other run.

then slap pelts on the NB & SB for good measure, they get mighty toasty! :flame:
5-2-2-2 rocks Car Chase, and 11-2-2-2 are best for Dragothic, Lobby, and Nature.

Erm, I know a little bit about Car High ;) and 11 is fastest for it as well. Its just THE fastest memory settings for that board.
Oh, and if youre not using a 10 or 10.5 mult, BIOS's 19-20-21 are strongest for 11x + per clock. 14b was good back in the day, but that was before these came out.
Tictac's modded 21 beta 4 is hella strong.

The DFI is a good board. I just have problems with APIC . The score would have been higher if I had disabled sound to have APIC on etc... and pushed the GFX more .
My CPU is batch 0038 with exact same stepping as OPP mentioned earlier .
I will push for more :D

Such a heatsink should perfectly fit under hte SP-97, although you'll have to do a little bit of modding to make it fit. :toast:

ricjax is right.. 2-2-2-11 is the fastest timing on nForce2 boards.
i just got my latest highest score using 2-2-2-11, it is faster by about 50-75 points worth. :)
on my a7n8x 11 is faster as well, mickey mouse said he got better results with 5 on his nf7-s though ...his rig was tweaked for low latency i guess
Almost done with my prodject, gunna slap on a MCW-50T tonight and see what it does. I'll post a chart of the FSB increses I got from the different coolers.
When thats done I can try some 3D with this thing and see how high it goes. Any estamites on 3D scores with chip doing 2850??

OPP, I don't think 27K is possible with a AXP setup unless you are running over 300 on the fsb and about 3+ghz
