1.085 i see there, not so high in my opinion,it;s pretty safe for daily use.
1.085 i see there, not so high in my opinion,it;s pretty safe for daily use.
For booting I needed 1.15V VTT1 & 2!
Now I booted with 1.07 on VTT1 and VTT2 @ default - 1.034!
But it runs like hell! Especially with these subs :D
Here with linx running.

Great...I just came into windows with 2600 10-12-11- @ 1.64VMEM and 1.11 VTT1 and 0.96 SA
Afterwords with 2666...but my timings have been too low! couldn't run more then one aida bench :(

New bios updated
Improve timing for PSC and BBSE with 2400~2600 memory ratio
My psc is flying now . 8 12 8 28 1t 8 86 4 4 4 16 7 2652mhz directly boot into os memory 1.835v

So, I found the problem!
@nick
the booting voltage for the vtt is too low! I think, that's the reason, why my mem's won't be dedicated.
I can boot now with vtt1 1.076, vtt2 default, vcssa 0.958.
In windows, it's no problem to lower the voltages! Booting with 2666 needs 1.15 vtt1 and 0.98 vcssa, but in windows, I'm able to lower the settings to 1.08 and 0.96.
Please have that in mind while constructing the next BIOS ;)
Little bit try for cas 7 on my PSC kits and can holder for Spi32 max at 2520MHz it cool but will try again for last new bios
btw. 1.75V Vdimm, 1.25Vsa/vtt :D

i have auto rule for different memory clock speed , u dont have to set the vtt and vccsa actually .. it will raise up automatically .
Vtt and Vccsa still depends on cpu quality . some need high , some not . But it is great that u make ur memory clock boost now . congrats !
emertX, the motheboard must boot with VTT 1.050-1.057 this is Intel stock.
The memorys with higher XMP( 2400-2666) set with the XMP the VDRAM voltage but also the VTT(1.100-1.150v).
On Samsung you don't have profile at 2400 neither at 2600.
On MV may on AUTO the board set's a better VTT.
On Asrock may be on AUTO even though oc is in , the board just let it to default - 1.050v.
Or may be i missunderstood, when fail to boot your VTT was on AUTO or MANUAL 1.050V?
It's just that you have to set the voltages manual, other than that ....
Man i have to have a lot of patience, one more week and i will have the board to....:)
I have a PSC kit and BBSE kit . I hope they do at least 2600.
Thanks! So you mean, I'll have to let the voltages @ auto???
Here's a message from vita. I should give it to you!
So...I'll test Auto config now!Quote:
Hi Nick,
Thanks for your mod bios(0.31M) good work.
However, I have a problem, if I set the offset mod, LLC Level.5, takes over the board level only. 1, there is a bug?
you Would be very grateful if you could help me.
greeting Vita
Thanks!
And now my last question concerning mems :D
Which would you prefer for that stunning board?

Thanks a lot - due to some answers in the g.skill thread, there is samsung under the 2600's
for ASRock Z77 OC Formula event here you can check ton of pictures from link below

from event we have some good chip it can bench 3D easy at 6.6GHz but not enough time for
more tweak or try for other benching and for max post at event can show at 6.9xxGHz screen ;)
Thanks for hard of work from you man
btw. can fix about Rapid OC for can select more Vcore limit ? it not enough for 1.7V, should be max
1. u have to enabled the extreme voltage in BIOS !
2. u have to set your own Vcore limit in the rapid OC software for some safty reason . please download from this link
http://picx.xfastest.com/nickshih/as...latool0830.rar
1. Yes already enable
2. it limit only 1.7V for max select on Rapid OC Software and for Formula drive it can setting over 1.92V but Vcore won't go up it stuck at 1.92V on CPUZ
u have to choose the limit in the drop down option of vcore limit . i can choose to 2.1v here no problem !
And if u use the early P bios to bench , u cant change it for sure . Only the new L bios here and new P bios in the future will support 2.1v on rapid OC !
OK i let checking it again later now it not on test bed, Thx for help ;)
edit : Ahhh...Okay i see on event we still used old bios 1.13 it other board with on my hand so bad for not update or checking before :(
Yah.. i hope so !!! see you too :)
