Just a side question:
what software do you use to design and render your products?
It seems SolidWorks and Photoview360 but I may be wrong, just curious :)
Awesome stuff btw, keep up the great work
My white HD just arrived...it is gorgeous.
i have a question about the apogee drive 2. if the pump dies on it will i be able to replace it myself or am i going to need to buy a whole new assembly?
I want to see the improved internals of the Drive 2.
Will the Apogee drive 2 support future sockets?
Any news on this Apogee drive 2?
Sounds and looks fantastic, I would love to see it in my Nano Tower.

Looks good ! :) Nice Flowrate with a silent dual pump solution !
Yes, I am done with 7970 and 7950 heatsink designs, and will nowe begin production. I goes pretty fast from there.
other news..
not sure if Stephen mentionned it, but there was a snafu in shipping of the Helix fans.. they all got shipped by Ocean instead of partial/air + partial ocean..this is the reason for the delay. We expect the ocean freight to arrive within 8 to 10 days at the most.
Komodo HD7950 is finished and scheduled for april production.
Apogee Drive II is in production.
Lok-Seal fittings are shipping within a few days.
MCW82 base plate for HD7970 & 7950 is in production (an actual base plate, not a copper shim that adds a TIM joint and deteriorates performance)
New & improved MCW82 mounting brackets for All Radeon HD single GPU series (5000 to current) are scheduled for April production. They will allow use of the 82 with AMD's excellent spring cross-bracket, and make installation a real breeze.
Now working on 7800 series heatsinks ;-)
Do we hace pricing on the fans yet? And what is the ETA on the Apogee Drive II?
...
Just for the record, he also wanted to mention thanks for working your tail off and getting all these new items out within the first half of the year. I would also like to say thank you for being one of the companies that innovates, and doesn't just copy someone else's idea.
what's the difference between mcp35b and mcp35x?
We should be able to give a more precise ETA in a couple of weeks. What I meant was that it should take us longer than 7 weeks to start selling Apogee Drive II. It could be sooner but no sooner than 4 weeks.
crap... i need the drive ii this week :D that along with the 280mm rad
EDIT:
actually... i asked ST a few years back about something similar but they said the drive was not coming back... not publically, gabe sent me an email.

Is the Apogee Drive II going to have s1156 mounting too?
Yes!

Another week's wait..then it will all be known :-)
