Tried it out. Impressions:
Defenetly has bigger difference than 2103 and 2302. Seems to enter setup little faster (into Advanced Mode). Has some new options (see below) and seems to have broken offset voltage :rolleyes:

New options added:
*DRAM DATA REF Voltage on CHA (AI Tweaker - Main)
*DRAM CTRL REF Voltage on CHA (AI Tweaker - Main)
*DRAM DATA REF Voltage on CHB (AI Tweaker - Main)
*DRAM CTRL REF Voltage on CHB (AI Tweaker - Main)
*Graphics Configuration - Primary Display: Auto|PCIE|PCI (Advanced - System Agent Configuration)
*PCI ROM Priority: Legacy ROM|EFI Compatible ROM (Boot - Main)

Changed position/naming:

Now the bad side. With the exact same setting i had on my 2500K before i was unable to boot into windows with 3209. I was using Offset voltage - 0.065
Now even when i lowered it to 0.010 (meaning CPU got more voltage and was closer to the Auto setting) i was still unable to get stable (Bcode 124 BSOD within 60 seconds of boot). Bcode 124 usually indicates too low vcore.
yet when i set Manual voltage at 1.35 everything is rock solid as it was before. Previously with Offset voltage CPU IDLE-d at around 0.93v and went up to 1.35 at LOAD. So defenetly seems like Offset voltage is not working properly in this BIOS.

And finally a little bit of good news - Sleep mode is finally working for me :up: . Granted it only works when using Manual voltage and i still cant use keyboard or mouse to wake the PC (i have to use power button), but it's a start. I clearly remember with previous versions when i tested - using Offset or Manual voltage made no difference - sleep mode didnt work. It sorta works now so its a progress. Hopefully with the next version they will patch the offset voltage and get sleep working with it.

Im thinking of going back to 2302 as i cant get the sleep mode to work reliably in 3209 and like i said offset voltage is borked...
On a sidenote. Anyone has the following message in Event Viewer? (if you're using windows):

This happens when using apps like AIDA64 during stress/stability testing with ex. LinX.. To many requests with to little resources is my guess, and can be ignored. I have stopped using AIDA during stability testing, and use RealTemp instead, to avoid this annoyance in evenviewer..

BTW: 3302 is out officially, the standard "improve stability" line is there, what about some details for once, what stability issues was found and fixed would be nice...

Ok so i went and flashed 3302 on my P67. Impressions are good. Defenetly the best BIOS for me so far :up:
Offset voltage is fixed and everything else seems to be working. I have a feeling 3209 should have been classified as a BETA BIOS, not stable. It had too many problems. Also the boot logo was standard ASUS not the usual TUF series logo like on 3302.

But anyway i was finally able to get sleep working reliably. I took a an hour to debug the settings. First i set all settings to Optimized Defaults. Sleep was working (tested with 20 sleep-resume cycles).
Then i started implementing my own settings to see what breaks the sleep. For some reason i started with disabling unnessesary onboard devices - and it´s a good thing i did. Because what i found suprised me. Namely when i set PCI Express Slot 1x_2 Configuration to X1 mode (my usual default) the PC was able to complete only one sleep-resume cycle (2nd cycle ended with no video when resuming from sleep). So i tried U3 mode - and behold - sleep was working but this was still not enough as it was able to complete only 5 to 8 cycles reliably. So i tried disabling Internal PLL Overvoltage (i've read previously it has helped). This fixed sleep for me completely. No problems running 20+ cycles. I have yet to test longer sleep periods so we'll see how those work out...

So everything is good. I have offset voltage,OC to 4.7Ghz 24/7 stable,sleep is working and so on. Little nitpick is that i cannot wake the PC from sleep with either keyboard or a mouse. This worked on my old PC but not here. I have to press the power button. Pressing it too long however causes shutdown.
Here are my settings (note that RAM settings depend on your RAM - these settings passed 6 hours of MEMTest and LinX for me while offering higher performance and lower latency than the default 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24 CR1 settings. Although granted, memory overclocking does not goin you much real world performance on SB). I've also listed other relevant settings like the U3 mode for sleep to work,Wake by PCI-E for avoiding double startup (on most cases) and Option ROM Messages at Keep Current to avoid double post screen from occurring. I also tested if CPU C3 Report and CPU C6 Report had any noticeable affect on SSD performance. Apparently disabling these does not provide any advantages. On the contrary - using the Auto setting instead of Disable my SSD, i was getting better minimum,maximum and average speeds (15MB/s;20MB/s and 5MB/s respectively).
Oddly setting these states to enabled caused BBcode 124 on startup every time. But whatever...

Hello XS!

I recently got my P67 Sabertooth board and replaced my previous cheap ASRock P67 with it. Processor - i5 2500K - stayed the same, just swapped boards.
Now I'm having real pain-in-ass problem:
When I try to OC my 2500K in BIOS, I cannot increase the CPU Ratio. When I try to enter any number higher than 33, it automatically flips back to 33.
I'm using latest BIOS from asus official site - 3302. Wanted to try older BIOS, but cannot: EZ Flasher says "Image outdated".
Then I downloaded AI Suite from ASUS official Sabertooth P67 page to check if I can OC it in Windows. This AI Suite did not have any OC software included :O OK, downloaded AI Suite from Maximus Extreme IV page and this one included lots of more stuff - including TurboV EVO that I needed.
But sadly, this is the picture I get from it:

- So no overclocking possible in windows either. I have all latest drivers installed.
On previous board this same proccessor was running on 4.6ghz 24/7.

Also, I got some other p67 sabertooth users post pictures of their BIOS settings. What I noticed was, that they had options like "Turbo Ratio" and "By All Cores" with the SAME bios version, I don't have these and have only "Turbo: Enabled/Disabled" instead of those :?!?!?!?

I have tried to re-flash bios with same version, cause I cannot flash any older version. Tried "Load optimized defaults" several times and even used jumper to clear cmos after flashing. I have no clue anymore what to do.

Any ideas? RMA? :(

Edit: Also tried to disconnect all devices - hard drives etc. Just left keyboard and video card connected to motherboard. Did not help. Also tried another RAM, did not help.

My configuration (even tho what should matter is motherboard and cpu only):
Asus P67 Sabertooth
Intel Core i5 2500K (same cpu that OC-d just fine on ASRock P67 Pro3 SE)
2x4GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600mHz CL9 (tried single Patriot 1x4GB 1333mhz also)
2GB MSI HD7850 Twin Frozr III
Chieftec 650W APS-650C

SOLVED:
Used FTK 0.8.6 to downgrade bios to 2302 - then Turbo Ratio settings became visible in bios and I was able to change CPU ratio! After that flashed back to 3302 with EZ Flash and all works now!

How do i save BIOS settings to a USB stick or on to an HDD?

I have 3 different saved profiles in BIOS, so i would like to save them on to a USB stick before flashing.

To my experience that won't work, atleast not so far on my end.. All settings need to be done again I think.. You can however save pics of every page in the bios, allthough a bit hard to look at when you are in the bios, Galaxy SII and good memory have saved me a few gray hairs lately:D

Yep unfortunately there is no option to backup settings to a USB drive. I hope this will be added some day. And you dont really need to use a camera or a mobile phone. Just connect USB flash and press F12 at nessesary screen. It saves BMP screenshots to the USB drive. For those who like customization the MyLogo program now allows to change both the big splash screen and the smaller American Megatrends logo. Splash is 1024x768 .jpg and smlogo is 400x100 .bmp

You misunderstood me, I use the Galaxy SII to view the pics taken with the bios/USB F12, as it's more convinient while you are in the bios to set settings after flashing.

I don't know what asus has done with this new bios, but POST time on 3602 is insane.

Update;

Flashed it to BIOS 3602.
After loading all my settings, boot times in to windows seem a tad slower. Other then that, i dont see anything different.

Ok so updated to 3602. The first few boots were very slow. Then it went back to normal. Could have been something to do with the USB flash i had connected tho. But other than that i also do not see visually anything different. I guess i'll see how the stability is over the next week. I used to use offset voltage but unfortunately it was very unstable (like almost a BSOD every day) so i moved back to manual/fixed (had 2 BSOD-s a month so far).

Ive been having same exact issue when i started to use offset voltage for CPU. When i was using Manual setting, i didnt have a single BSOD.

is there a workaround for the not waking from an S3 sleep issue?

Has anyone been able to get memory to run at 2400mhz on this?

For about 1.5 years I've been running @ 4.8GHz and 2133Mhz memory (9-10-9-27) with no issues at all. Using 1801 bios.

Now I just upgraded memory and can't get it up to 2400Mhz. Not sure if its the memory or the board.

On a 2500k? Doubt it, AFAIK the 2400 mhz multiplier just doesn't work at all on SB CPUs... you should get a 3570k and try, although a z77 board might be necessary for the higher speeds, as well.

Indeed IMC related, so swap CPU for higher RAM speeds...

Even if it is it ain't gonna work with your current CPU... Might maybe only appear when an Ivy is detected... Raja will now for sure...

BIOS 3602. 2400Mhz is available.
