but the modules are said to be smaller then 2 normal cores according to what jf-amd allready said a couple of times .. so smaller cores might leave some die space for that .. + the die shrink with a new node ... it might work out just fine ... especially the improved bd core part of it :D

On server we will have the same TDPs as today.

TSMC's 40nm is an "established" process although it has yield / power issues.:D
