Flank3r, i ran at the same clocks as you did, same CPU-NB and low memory clocks.
Still pulled ahead of you with an old gen videocard at complete stock clocks:

I would have expected the 5770 to pull miles ahead.
No i havent tested max valid, i think it's worthless!;)Quote:

Ok posting as a reference for others still using DDR2 motherboards
Components
Motherboard: DFI 790FXB-M2RSH
CPU: X4 965 C3 0944APMW
Cooling
CPU Block: D-Tek Fuzion V2
Radiator: Thermochill TA120.3
Fans: 1 x Delta 120mm EHE 4000rpm | 3 x Papst 120mm 1600rpm
Pump: Swiftech MCP655 D5 @ 12v
Ambient Temps: 23C
Load Temps with Fans & 12v: 44C
Load Temps with Fans & 5v: 52C
For Prime 95 1hr+ stability @ 4000mhz - 1.52v required (CPU-Z).
Only raised the multi to 20.
Will now start raising NB clocks......

This is my final superpi 1m on air, 4389mhz and 15.469s... Now I'm moving to water cooling...

nice scores guys! Cele, how much voltages at CPU-NB for 3000 ?
bios voltage settings cpu 1.550V, nb 1.30V, cpu-nb 1.400V, ram 1.75V, all other settings at "Normal"
nb freq 3003 is overkill, I receive worse results bumping nb, the best efficiency with nb freq is around 2960-2980, I raise it up to 3060 and the results are in various tested combinations worse than 2900+ but I had no choice, with lower nb multi I would have 2772, cpu could go 4408 but worse result... (sorry for my grammar, it sucks, I know)
This is better superpi 32m than previous one with real time priority and background xp optimization

Cele303, that ram is insane! Nice clocks too.
zeus, no memory in the post office today yet? :p:
910 mhz yeah.. 30mhz left to the limit :p:
Nope. :(
I was supposed to pick them up today but i did not get a confirming email they were in.
I hope tomorrow. :(
Yeah man, I love it, I love it, I love it!! :DQuote:

Tomasis, limit is 1880? My memory can't hit 1880 6-6-6-18 1T 1.75V, 1872 is the best it can go
http://www.upload.ee/thumb/290584/nb_4539_10.610.PNG
6408mhz on gigabyte 790fxt-ud5p
nb 4539mhz (H)
time 10.610 - not my best, but this have sick perfomance
Cele303, nope mate i ordered the CMG4GX3M2B1600C7 2x2GB kit. I hope to get 'm tomorrow.
You have such a great rig there, great CPU-NB speed, great ram and good CPU clocks!
cele: for AIRcooling its impressive !! Whats your temps in room? And what is your max stabile OC (4100MHz?) PS:your 32M screen is corupt :( I dont seen it, only very small part)
now my AIR results (19 C in room):
superpi 1M (think, about max, il try 4310MHz and will see)
http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/3...mhz2940mhz.png
superpi 32M-max with 1.488V :)-DR2 is not good in 32M, in 1M is too diference, but only about 0.05-0.1s
http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/7...2mhz2835mh.png
wprime 1024M-best with 1.5V
http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/812...00mhz2855s.png
next days others :)
Well i switched from F7 to F3k and i definitly notice a difference in being able to overclock, i got only BSOD after 4.0 with F7 with F3 went over 4.0 pretty easy, have to try for more, my super pi time seems slow for that speed
I remember Chew said about 1880..Quote:

anyone here run a 965 C3 on an SS yet? Just ordered the new UD4 and C3 965 so I'd like to see what I can accomplish at -30 to -40C range.
razersEdge posted this in the amd/ati 3dmark thread:Quote:
