Well to be honest I have been asking for them like that so I don't get a ton of PM's for a beta bios that may or may not work the way it should or the way I'd like it to. Still yet to top F3L.. without loss of performance per clock.

whau, under 16m is great! How much is CPU-NB? Its possible 3000MHz in close PC case?
hehe, similar as my cable "management" :D...

Hmmmm i guess this thread is now dead??
wow great c6 & c5
c5 easy even on older boards with less slack internal timings ;)

chew, do you find that you can clock the CPU-NB higher with ganged or unganged?
I found i get abit better speeds with unganged than i do with ganged? *shrugs*
890fxa-GD70 with Corsair GT 1600c7
I can get to 1750 ram memtest stable, but CPU-NB can't get it 3000mhz stable no matter WHAT i try.... :(
Seem to be capped at about 2950 for the cpu-nb.
But haven't really tried ganged performance yet so guess that's the next thing to trie.
:p thread is not dead i will update soon ;) just need to see which posts are new since my last update^^
yes yes easy for you but not always super easy for people who have to go out & buy 1 ram kit, 1 cpu, & 1 mobo to make a pc ;) no free reign binning imc's, no gtx2s randomly showing up, boxes of mobos, etc... :) sometimes we get lucky, sometimes we dont. dont get me wrong, i would love to get lucky every time too :D
i like chews 2000 6-7-6 32m  maxmemm valid looks good
crazydiamond, it requires Passion to OC. I never forget pic where chew shows like 30gb of Corsair Red ones, that is sick! I cannot even afford even single module
"like" heh, thats an understatement!
To ez? hmm seems to me I put weeks into quite a few of those results, far from easy and I will not try to play it off like it is.
Hmm well I won a kit, and paid for 2. and busted my ass for 3......some of us pay for hardware differently. I think your way is easier but thats just my opinion.
for gtx2 lets see.
I paid for a 920 + a mobo just to review bloomfield. +30L ln2.
For p55 part of review i reviewed a few boards just to get a cruddy ES 860 chip and the mobo's so i could do 1156 review with GTX2. +30l ln2
Then i did alot of preliminary testing on amd and still need to knock that part of review out.
lets not forget the weeks spent to do those reviews.
Did i pay for them? you be the judge ;)
Lets not forget how much time i put in to be in position I am in today.
Also free reign binning IMC's? I got like 5 thubans.......thats not free reign......thats enough to fill 3 mobos on 3 seperate test stations for debugging bios's from 3 diff manufacturers and have 2 spares for benching only as you can't do reliable testing on chips previously abused on ln2 ;)
Seriously if anyone works hard and i'm not bragging it's me, feel free to ask ASUS how many hours I put in just helping them put on there quake con event, IIRC I pulled a 48 hour shift then passed out around 11pm woke up at 8am and pulled another 48 hour shift.
We can trade places anytime you wish ;) if its tommorow you have this lined up.......you need to knock out a review on crucial ram, and gskill flares. But your hardware is still in shipping from quakecon, guess that mean you need to go buy the necessary items to meet the deadline. Also MSI is expecting you to do some more testing on there 890 board, possibly a review ( it would be the right thing to do ) Corsair is still waiting on that final GTX2 saga on AMD and also a 1600 set review. Gigabyte is expecting some decent results on the mini ITX board they sent you and also would like some feed back on some "other" boards. ASUS will have a beta on your hands for ch4 shortly for you to test and are awaiting input on C4E, as well as a few older boards that they would like input on and thats not even including the intel boards. Your team that you bench for would love it if you took some time to contribute to the team. Your wife would just be happy to see you come out of your room, AMD has some stuff for you to work on.
Oh and somehow you need to fit all this in while doing your truck driving job because thats your only source of income. What you think all those guys above pay you? HAH.
Hope I made my point while still being civil and friendly :)
