I'm wondering if we are thinking of the same movie. :)Quote:

i think its best if we just sit tight and be patient. The new bios will be out soon im sure.
I think DFI (and Oskar's) efforts are right now in releasing a Lan Party mobo for C2D. Way to go. guys, big clocks come with big bucks :(
I would be very glad to be proven wrong.
*watches thread for bios update*
if this board gets one before mine im switching, For $188 this board is much better then my ab9 pro....:(
Cmon oskar.
What would DFI do without you.
Just bought my board hopefully the new bios is available in time for when it arrives

SO nobody is runnig this with 4GB of ram?
2 gig is hard enough for overclocking, 4 gig would be too much as yet IMO.
Definatley stick with 0731 bios if you're gonna try that out.
please please.. let there be a new bios.. ^_^
I don't think we'll be getting the 1333 fsb strap..
Toooold ya ! :)Quote:

with the 731 bios is this board able to do 400fsb 1:1 or does a higher ram speed need to be used?

400 Fsb / 1:1 can be done with the 08/16 bios with right settingsQuote:

yes with the 8/16....
which no one can get.
Too bad a board with such potential is being looked over like this... i dont get it really, as they could be taking sales from asus and gigabyte, esp. when its dfi's only intel board available right now. At a great price point too. Doesnt make sense at all.
New bios on DFI's site, 823.

Acting the same as 816 did for me; I change one thing in hte BIOS and it doesn't POST.Quote:
