maybe stick to 5ghz
Very nice Loud ,this is how we all improve our times, pushing each other

but try to find your best CW manually...
Tried original sammie HCH9 again with tight timings under 2666 strap.

So had 3 lrts of ln2 left and thought I give 5ghz another go,learn t a fair bit from my last few runs.Had a few better then this but was loosing efficiency by the end,may need fresh install

Thanks Hiwa, had a few better ones when I 57xxxx available real memory but was getting some shut downs about loop 14,they were looking like 55.2--,will keep working on my waza

Does anybody can make a video how to do right copy waza? Seems I can improve my result at these frequencies but I really don't know how. Maybe I have to reinstall OS or try tight timings, if you have some ideas about it please let me know )
I do the CW like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njAKckLyrEk
Note how the more times you make the last copy, the less PF seems to be occupied by win processes. This helps to boost the "available" and "system cache" numbers.
Alternative video is here major
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPhmuUlzDDA
Thanks Sam. In the video the size of 1.rar was 1.96GB, wasn't it? How many times you copied this file?
P.S. I've been doing CW this way: did 31 copy of 3d mark 01 at disk D, then moved them to disk C, waited about 30 second and after that started superpi 32m. But SuperPi there is at ramdisk, so I think I've been doing something wrong )
I hope you will understand my bad English ))
Major all my runs are like you said 31 X 01 D to C one time then i check available and system cache when available stops run Pi
Tapakah way is also 100% correct he is trying the old way and he checks superPi mem usage when its about 200/250 ( continuing copying file) he close task manager and wait
everyone has different way, first file is made with fsutil
fsutil file createnew D:\cd 647168000
(1000*1024*632)
this is to make 632mb file
rar first 2 X 632mb and try
i remember a friend zip the 3 files each time he wanted to run 32m and delete the created file each time, this way you will have higher system cache.
My video is to show how to prepare CW..
here you find my post with another link to italian forum, i explain all about how to 32m

New cpu made little to no difference, must be the memory, guess it is time to start testing the other good kits.
Sooooo humid as well tonight, I have no idea how you guys in wet environments manage. Was only able to bench about an hour or so before everything was wet, oh well there's always tomorrow.

nice john :) getting better
Thank you Splave222 !!
any of you guys been able to get 100bclck and 2933 9-12-12 on samsung to boot?
if so, what did it take?
GOOD sticks + pumping voltage==>WIN :)
Been a bit quite in here :wave:should have some more ln2 by the weekend, will keep pushing :)
Attachment 131380
What's the deal? cannot upload image?
Sure, have a look
Try 2933 10-12-12 first, if they fail, TRCD limit is low. And decent is relative, if you already need 2,1v for 1400c9 for example, you will most likely run out of voltage to even boot 2933 c9 on air...
Was playing with some cold memorys today and freq, was able to get 18 loops to pass with waza @ these timings and speeds, will get this to pass then push freq to 6.5ghz.I would of screen shot but at loop 18 it shut down:shakes:
http://s10.postimg.org/9u8ylqzuh/6_4.png
Man sux :/
link brokeeeen bull
ahahh, what link ? you mean my shut down i said i had at loop 18,if so that is normal, when running memory so cold -160+ some times after these shut downs code 55 sets in ,this is the time to give up.Even if you can get it back to windows everything becomes unstable, did bench with everything yesterday and everything is still fine :) The OCF is bullet proof
Little bit more guys

had little play with 5ghz today, trying few things that Ive learn t over the last few days. Was using old OS and think its corrupt, however was pushing bit harder today and seeing what was there, was able to pass 2 loops of 32M with this and with waza, will try it again later with fresh OS to see if there is any improvement

I'm away from Hiwa about 0.3sec, may be I have to try catch fast run or reinstall OS. If somebody has a good idea how to improve my result let me know please.
First of all CW major then lucky run.
rerun rerun rerun for 5 hours or so and you will see lucky run
Gave it another go tonight, was -93 faster then my best time at loop 6,will keep pushing

5 liters had here the rest of the dewar and just gave it! The efficiency does not walk much, with all on air only can 5m22s217 at 4g, need to tweak it better!
I can 2800mhz but only to loop 4 :(
Billi nice results and nice Team Group memory. Could you give us full marking of your RAM. Is it 2000MHz cl9 kit or something else.

I'll make a question probaly should already been done and answered but this thread has over 750 post...
Why isn?t in the classification only the best of each user?
Strong results, Francisco :) - at start of the thread it was an agreement that several results from each user can be included, I am not sure this is ideal because list is full with results from same users, but that?s the way it was agreed on
Yap i agree but if all the user agree with that....
Thanks, need to tweak beter the windows, i will try other verition... I'm using a retail sp2!
nice clocks man

Come round here with a first post like that!!!!
He he welcome to XS... you killing it mate
Great start Rob,we'll done dude and welcome to XS
the only screen from today not bad ...
1375 can pass also for sure, passed 3 times till 23s loop then reboot.... no memory error should be CPU imc
http://img547.imageshack.us/img547/4424/1sue.jpg
Very nice Hiwa, yeah 3 fails at loop 23 is frustrating did you take any pics of the session?
Nice pics Hiwa, are you using the copper spreader plates or alloy ones
Quite interesting, all 2400 C8 PIS I know all have 8155 PCB... great snowy pictures :D
Websmile i really don't care about 8155 pcb anymore, my trident 2000 C9 can bench very close to this one with bad pcb.
This what I said all the time - good to see another urban legend being closed
Benched today about 6 hours and after trying some 1375 got 55.172 but freezed at SS :S
passed to 2800 and then 2850 and then 2900 then i saw its very slow checked cpus and i saw oops SINGLE channel
Cpu can't run dual anymore....
memories seems very nice :D try more cpus to find the right IMC
http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/2744/5uzc.jpg
Bullant man work on your CW, with your memories and DAMN nice IMC you can get 54s....
try 640 maxmem and 30X 3D01 , wait 33 seconds ( check before run but normally 33seconds here)
Yeah I'll try 640 mm and 30x 3D01 next time for sure Hiwa thanks, just on your single channel when the board drys out it be fine your dual channel should be back this has happen to me a few times, sorry to hear about the SS
I still have to test bios settings a bit more to I'm not sure if I have something turned on in bios that shouldn't be,just on the wait 33 seconds I've been running early about 10 seconds that mite be my problem there not letting it build up?
After only 10 seconds u run ?
More like 22s here
oh very very low min should be around 20... that why ur ARM is always low.
try to wait 20/30 seconds to see whats change.
Sort of thread bump / gibberish post but hey its winter & I got nothing to bench!
Seeing a lot of good RAM being offered for sale round here & resisting the temptation to buy stuff I don't need I thought I'd give my PSC a run on air last night. I got 2600 8.12.8 tight going & moved onto 2666 this did not happen for me so I gave up.... time looked poop anyway. Next I threw my Samsung's back in & gave them a few runs just to make sure everything was still ok as I could not believe I could not even get my PSC to run 2666 at any timings/volts.
3rd run got me into the 57.4**'s so happy days everything is fine.

dat Vcore
awesome cpu, great tweaking,2933 should be doable i think with freezing air and more V :D
non MianBorad can beat M6I and samsung when we talk about performance.
