will give the 2003 server a go ;)
Mem is 2x512 pc3700EB, 1:1, 3-2-2-5@ 3.2V.
The AI7 i'm using is slower that the ic7 but i killed so many of them...
nice to see you again RootX :)
let hipro mod urs then maybe no kill :p I killed 2 or so but thats due to condensation. Seems like I need ai7 or ic7 because my asus p4c800 limits me to 250fsb alto my EE does way more :)
Hehe, not sure if hipro is gonna mod another ic7 for me, the last one I killed was his backup mobo http://www.thelab.gr/images/smilies/redface.gif
If you go for the AI7, prepare to work on the prommie's cpu kit a little, cause the socket is in 45 degrees angle and obstructs it.
Wow. Hipro, impressive as always...
But could you show us the complete ram... I wonder what you did to the front side of the sticks ;)
There you go.......Simple things, not heavy duty stuff...... ;)Quote:

Trey are not like my older 512MB one......:D
Thanks. :)
Erm, but I also wondered what this solder joints on the upper edge of the stick are connected to... nearly looks like they are holding the heatplate ;)
Edit/
I already know the pic with the sinks/fans :D
Crazy...
......or like this 256MB Pelted one..... :D
The front side heatsink is the Thermaltake cooper one......I've soldered it with the ground of my Ram so as to be grounded for RF reasons......Quote:

holy    . Very nice Hipro, could I send you a pic of my KHX PC3200 BH5 and would you work out some mods for that?
Thanks
btw RootX how did you mount the Mach II on the AI7 exactly.
Do you have a pic of your mod?
Sorry m8, no pic :(Quote:

What I did was to remove a bit(the curved one) from the socket handle and then trim the cpu kit in order not to be obstructed from the cpu socket...
Ain't that difficult, just make sure to insulate it properly with used seal string.
what a fuc*ing 3400+... under a mach 2... have to use my other 2 2 CG's .

Yep, hexedited IC7-G bios. It must be edited because it wont go in if it hasnt been edited. IC7-G bios is littlebit faster and, its more gentle when it comes to GAT settings ;)Quote:

Whats the best IC7-G bios? The newest?
Shaved off another second with 5 more mhz on the fsb.
Thats on air with the top and rear fans in my PC-65 swapped out for 80mm tornados and a 92mm tornado on my SP-94. 1.85v set in bios.
As for me, it's the 21 and the 22 ones(the same)....Quote:

Just hit the Refresh button when you want to calculate the super pi time.
still needs some work on resizing, but eh I am too lazy.
Download: ProcessTimer.exe
Enjoy.
I hope to get a 3.2E SL7KC (3.2GHz with only 1v) :D
Try this bios......You'll not notice any difference in Super-Pi but you'll notice some in other progs..... ;)Quote:

Noticed that you changed: biosmessage, unhided Spread Spectrum and CPU setting selection, and if I´m not imaging, Sandra reports little better unbuffered ALU result ;)
Luckily I´ve got 10kg box of dry ice today :D
The Stilt ... how is 33sec in spi possible with 3800mhz and 237fsb ??
With tightest possible GAT settings, and specially tweaked OS (tweaks are worth of 12secs in 8M calculation) ;)Quote:

I don't do Sandra usually, but the last one I did got me around 4.13k ALU/4k FLOAT...
I have been trying win2003 server, but it dosent seem to help.
Win2k sp2
2700Mhz (270*10 1:1 2.5-2-2-6-12-15) - 32sek
Win2003server
2760Mhz (276*10 1:1 2.5-2-2-6-12-15) - 32sek
2740Mhz (274*10 1:1 2.5-2-2-6-9-12) - 32sek
Im using the 2003 Server Standard. Its on the 3in1 2003 Server CD. Im I using the wrong version?
I want 31sek... grrrr
Is that a clawhammer? if so you might want to tweak it up a little.. (http://www.blackviper.com/WIN2K/servicecfg.htm) eventually try running without any drivers loaded.. oh and perhaps around 40mhz more :)
Yes, its a clawhammer.Quote:

The 2003server is a fresh install (20hours). Do i need to tweak the hell out of it to make it faster than than win2k?
I will try the tweaks, tho.
This sucks.. i allways seem to be missing that last bit of performance
I'm very impressive SAE, your system is very power; i know that you're writing with Intakeem, and that you're giving him advice to improve our result, and increase our FSB, so thanks!;)Quote:

I dunno if the OCP mod is what you want though.
I cannot explain what makes my fsb this high... ram is really good, maybe, and I do cool all important areas IMO. Play with your additional (alpha) timings. Try different voltages. Different ram slots, change the slots for each stick to test what the stick likes best... and so on.
Pulled 31s earlier today. :)
http://home.no.net/comerade/pc/superpi31s2xs.png
Edit: made 31s on 10MHz lower CPU-clock...
Edit2: made 31s on 25MHz lower CPU-clock using another OS...
Ahh.
My best result so far
The mem can't go higher with only 3.0v. I need an OCZ booster to give it more.

51s doesn't seem too shabby for a 1.5GHz Dothan notebook. ;)
why is CPU Z reporting 600 mhz?
As soon as there is no load on the processor... it drops down to the 6x multiplier to save battery life.
