Random question... Was the tubing in that photo originally green or clear? :D
It's a Tek-9 rev. 7.77 - one unit supports all cpu sockets, all gpu mounts and single pcb GTX295
It's about time the Phantom got some competition :D
Great looking pot Vince
woooot new pot.... i want one....
we need a teaser kp :D
lol <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< :D
ok. Waiting, but remember, some peeps are very impatient ;)
damage incomming :D
Damn Vince, you screwed up my night-dreams. Last night I had this dream about your new project and it was basically some kind of SR-2 with a thousand pots mounted on it to cool down everything :D.
It was madness.
one pic please!!! only one!!! D: D: D:
is soon now?
or august 13...friday 13?
I was just about to buy an F1EE and I think I will hold off and see what is coming . . .
Ok, Vince....just stick it in the mail already and PM me how much!! :yepp:
Plus, I need a couple other things....... special request :D
Hey Vince cannot wait to see this, i just got the F1 EE and i love this pot, cant wait to see your next stroke of genius
Are You Ready?
http://www.nvidia.com/content/areyou...eyouready.html
...For what?
F1 prototype was being used at the north american jiggabyte these past couple days. Had some major probs with cnc this week :( so unfortunately more delays. I'll be benching the unit at quakecon and should have one on display to check out. It's beastly perf wise :D ..pics before I leave.
Show us the pot, show us the pot!!!
The pics will do........:D:D
I already have...........:rofl::rofl:
PS...I can handle it & I promise, no more PM's till Tuesday!!!! ;)
Need pics :p: I think I need a new pot and did kinda wonder if the F1EE was due for an I7 upgrade....
so vince will be leaving on the 10th or 11th :D woot
i wonder if kingpin will have a booth babe :D
As promised. This is the new F1..code named GEMINI :D
Looks can be deceiving..
This pot will feature multiple bases tuned for performance at ALL ends of the spectrum and will also have an optional third dryice base as well as a limitless upgrade path for the future. All your old F1 HW still works with it including the alu extension and both mounting plates,
One base is tuned to rip with i7..more on the bases and tuning later. I'll have the unit displayed at quakecon next couple days.

can i buy one now? same paypal? ships when you're back at quakecon? :D
Do want :d
She's a looker ;)
Looks sweet Vince!! Let's see Gemini dance!! :D
Oh yah.......500 POSTS......................:woot: in one of my favourite Threads!!!.........Double :woot::woot:
Saw this in action in LA, it's a killer. Multi-base will mean no more excuses for crappy bench performance under any cooling.
Exchangeable base ? :D
Good idea :D
i dont wanna see how it looks, i wanna test it :D
the fast F1 GEMINI :yepp:
Looks nice, Black Murcielago FTW ;)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unMZcyGeDRw
Looks very sexy! Cant wait to see it at quakecon!
Sorry to ask a bit harsh here.... But isnt the main difference just that it isnt solid no more? I am feeling dumb asking this question, but I really dont see this as an improvement :-/
Is it meant for a entry level F1 pot? Or what is the concept, sorry if I seem ungreatful, it really isnt my intension, I just dont get it - please fill me in!
^ +1
Modular F1 to suit every type of CPU and pouring style of benchers.
seems like an ease of use feature more than a technological upgrade.
+1 it looks great!
Show me your base ( all your bases are belong to us :p: )
Your good :)
This pot improves upon the f1ee where it was lacking with modern day cpus and it gives an overclocker who uses it perf characteristics in a single pot that previously didn't exist. This pot is designed for the competitive bencher who needs pure speed out of a pot when competing live giving the ability to deal with coldboots LIGHTNING fast with excellent ln2 usage efficiency. The new F1 gives the weekend warrior who needs temp control with his cold bug cpu or low wattage cpu the necessary control. This pot gives the dry ice bencher who wants an easy to pack large internal volume container with no base voids exactly what they want. Its a fully modular container that still works with all the ee components with some better looks too. All of this + a lower cost than f1ee. I don't know, did I do enough on this one for u guys? :D.
Sounds great Vince....looking forward to it
Now we need stock availability and price :ROTF:
sweet looking unit, can't wait for them to go on sale :surf:
Thanks for the enlightenment Vince :)
The classic will remain availible, aye?
You wont want the classic after trying this. :p: Unless you like waiting 10x longer for a pot to pull down...this container is like an F1EE on fast forward in every way.
i cant wait to put my hands on that CPU POT.
My next Pot right there :) , awsome idea and the looks are killer. Ill send you a PM later Vincy.I think this will be the Pot to rule them all for a long time to come
How does the top respond to map gas?????
Sounds amazing!
Vincy how many Bases there will be for this amazing Pot ? Also there will be an extension for DICE ? Im asking because i think i will sell all my pots(LN2 Pots, Dice Pots) and just use one for all benching , this one :D.
My guess is:
3 bases.
And yes, there'll be a dry ice extension ( and if I recall correctly, Vince said that the original F1EE D.I. extension will work with this one too )
thanks for posting in pics man
LOL Kal :D
No more Classic (ee). I have one EE unit left sitting on the shelf, then thats it. This unit replaces that one. Extreme edition was/is a great unit, this one is more versatile however. F1 gemini is available starting thurs/fri this week. Want one? :D
EXACTO billy! It comes with two bases and the third DI base will be available as an add on.
ahh u answered already  Some of your boys were watching it handle a gulftown in 3d at 6.3-6.4ghz live at quakecon.
Congratz on their win over there. We were soaking EVGA hats and shirts in LN2 and hucking them into the asus booth during their contest :D. Couldn't resist being bad, what fun that was! Laser beamed chew in the head with a smoking evga hat.
Nice work Vince, always delivering decent products & new ideas.
Keep developing it ( Oliver ® ) :p:
I cant wait, lets show other pictures from the bases...
Nice work vince, I always said there is no such thing as the perfect pot , just the perfect pot per application, you however took this one step closer.
Cant wait to snag a couple :)
EDIT: Saw "icepin" as many called him rofl use these in dallas. Held the base that has a ton of holes and felt just as heavy as an f1, I think having all the weight at the bottom is a good thing more like the venom. having the cold concentrated over a smaller area with the same weight should be epic. Also less expensive to produce since it isnt wasting as much like the f1. 6.4ghz on vantage is no joke either
kp
i think anybody buying your new super pot ...should have some sort of info/agreement of not revealing the insides. just thinking out loud. helps protect your investment and keeps copycats away.
A lot of guys don't post pictures of the inside of K|NGP|N's pots anyway, out of respect
It's like one of those common sense things, if someone sells you a kick ass product, but you know that person probably doesn't want you posting pictures of it's inner workings based on the fact that the internals weren't posted by the creator in the first place, why would you be a douche and throw up a photo gallery for the world to see? You don't need that person to tell you not to post a million photos, you should just know that it would be a :banana::banana::banana: move to do so
BTW, saw one of these bad boys a couple of weeks ago, can't wait to get one :D
F1 Gemini will be available on the site or thru pms/emails in the next day or two guys. Sorry been so slow replying to PM's, just busting my butt getting units complete rather than spending time replying it will be available this time or that time. This unit takes a bit more time to finish than EE.

Ya baby, lookin good. Lucky number 21 :D
Gemini avator
:yepp:
Very nice, these will be gone quick
I have to say the black/copper color scheme does look preety sweet.
When will we see gpu pots with that color combo :D
I see you like my black F1 idea Vince :D
Get the paperwork ready, you know what's going to happen in 1-2 days ;)
21 little black virgins....
i want one:D
all of them accounted for?
Damn bro... beauty one !!
Waiting for the dragon flying to my table !!!:welcome:
looks nice vinbo
Number 19 its mine :D , Vince they came out awsome . I canot wait to test drive this pot :yepp:
Looks very nice :) Good work!
I have a question:
the alu walls of the Gemini are bronzed, anodized or what? I hope that it will not be damaged by a reckless use of the torch.. :)
So you get a little singed anodizing, big deal. It's gonna be under insulation anyway. But for sure with the Gemini torching the base (rather than the walls) is what you wanna do.
Guys, you really think Vince ( K|ngp|n ) didn't think about torching the pot when he designed & manufactured it ?
Come on.
I'm sure that Vince thought about that.. but I wrote "reckless use of the torch", 'cause I'm sure that with an "intelligent use of the torch" the Gemini wouldn't be damged.. but I know about guys that destroyed the bracket with the torch so.. I'm asking about the STUPID use of the torch
@GHZ: thanks for the answer :)
you mean the plastic looking mounting bracket that holds the pot in lol
did your mate fall asleep while torching the pot hahaha
No issues so far with torch on this pot/finished ALU. Ive gone through countless tanks of map gas with ts8000 torch head benching and testing and never even put a mark on the plastic holdown. In fact I'll lightly hit the whole holddown and mounting hw when warming up to melt the ice off of it. Just dont hold it on one spot for too long. The idea is to put the torch on the base with this one :D
The pot warms up so quick, its sick.
:up:Thanks for the explanation Vince
