Nice shot and PP Breezy!
Went out early this morning for a sunrise seascape. Unfortunately we had massive storms in Sydney last night so the sky wasn't all that great. Managed to pop out this HDR

Great shot Breezy
We went to watch my daughters best friend Spencer's Hockey game last night and this is what I came up with.
Tone mapped not a true HDR.

@4hams
I think your photos look solarized, not really HDR (in any way). It's a cool look, though.
just playing around with the built in hdr of the sony nex-5n and a quantaray 24mm macro f/2.8 (canon mount)
this was the built in HDR mode on HIGH and some slight post edge sharpening

Nice work Lestat!
3 exposure HDR using Photomatix
http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...ma1024x570.jpg
Actually nice, and I dont even like over-cooked HDRs. Good one. :)
I haven't done a realy HDR since forever!! Great one 4hams!
Here's a tonemapped shot using photomatix only from one RAW file

Single shot processed, it fits better in this thread...

Telephone pole HDR by NeXur, on Flickr
I took a single raw file and using the viewNX2 software for my camera I adjusted the exposure 1 pt and saved the image. I did this 10 points + and i then did it 10 pts - so i had a total of 21 of the same image with different exposures. Then I used them in photomatix to see what would happen.

Nice
That would make a good tiltshift. Nice capture.
I have no idea how to do tiltshift I know there are some lens used for that, but the technique escapes me.
I kinda like HDR, I will try with some raws I have to see if I can save some pictures with some dynamic range.
two more
the same as the first one, but later in the day

I'm pretty sure my white balance is ok yet my pictures in HDR have like a lower K rating on them, is that normal or I'm doing something wrong in photomatix ?
Thanks Weevil!
Normally I would have straightened the image but i was just fooling with photomatix and really do not know the program.
Hi,
You will need a special lens for it, or a view camera (e.g. one of those old cameras with the bellows looking like a hamonica ;-) ) there are some applications that tries to replicate the effect... but, doing it the real way gives you a lot of options in your phtography.
Also do straighten your images before posting - its messy ;-)
Not really HDR, but post processed at least.

My perfectly boring view out of window..
I know I'm bumping an old post, but I just had to say this is beautifully atmospheric.

3 exposures blended in Photomatix then cropped and whatnot in PS
Not a fan of to much hdr-effect...
