PLL is 1.56v
FSB Termination voltage and NB Voltage set to 1.26v
think i am cursed or missing something, Q9650 @ 4.07Ghz right now on an Asus P5Q-E, but i go above that and just seem to have issues, sure i am not setting something right.
In deference to my previous post, my VID is 1.2625v :(
Well i got tired of the benchings so i decided to go for some more mhz on my 24/7 setup and see how far with the same vcore i had for the stable 4500 / 1200 original

and great results too:up:
i really need to try going over 1.4v on my chip and see what it can do.. even on the 750i. as I've not put it in the EP45 i got yet.
Just ordered Petra'sTech CoolKit Elite - Rev.3
Looks like a good kit.
Can't wait to get it and see what the Q9650 can do then. =)
So this kit doesn't include a reservoir. What would you guys recommend?
hey everyone, i just wanted to let you know that my system passed 8 hours of P95 and 20 passes of IBT and a few 3dmark06 runs successfully :)

Can't prime this beast as its damn hot cauz its low vid 1,1875 but seems to do very well, i tested vantage and 3DM06 and some games and for last this 4xSPI32, will keep tweaking to see how low i can go on volts.
Cheers all
Sergio
Great job Sergio!!
Well my replacement under warranty came today, a very new chip, pack date 8th June 2009, FPO # L846C013
No stress testing yet, just seeing how low I can take vcore before it refuses to get to desktop - started with 1.3v and below is stock volts in BIOS, 1.216 in CPUZ
Keep in mind... my Q9550 E0 needed 1.4v in bios even to boot at 4GHz. That was a bad buy, should have gone for this chip straight away :shakes:

Dammit - i still cant get mine down from about 1.312v stable :(
Pure luck man - I just went into BIOS and left everything pretty much on auto, except vPLL and vFSBQuote:

What vPLL and vFSB are you running?
Here's what I set in bios
vcore 1.225
vPLL 1.52
vfsb 1.3
vNB 1.3
all other voltages I left on auto. Whether or not this is stable is another matter ;) (I'd err on the side of caution and say it's not :D)
