1.35 qpi/vtt is intels max...but some need in low 1.4's range, it is variable per cpu. One person needed crazy high like 1.7, then bought another cpu and only needed 1.3's. Personally, I would have no problem running it in low to mid 1.4's for 4ghz and some are, but just dont need to on mine... each person has to decide on their own risk tolerance.
And DRAM v should be within .5v of qpi/vtt, benching I am keeping mine within about .35.
Benching, between spi 32m, both chess stress test/benchmarks, cinebench, pc mark, etc, I probably have 24hrs+ at prime type loads with 1.96-2v DRAM (to get uncore at 4500mhz and mem at 2000mhz) and 1.62-1.64qpi/vtt, 1.66vcore...cpu still Oces at exact same settings. I wouldn't run these 24/7 or even close to it...but benching I have had no problems with those volts.
