Ask and you shall receive. Dated yesterday.
LANPARTY LT X48-T2R
LANPARTY UT X48-T2R
LANPARTY LT X38-T2R
The following applies to all three BIOS versions.

Major Reasons of Change:
1. Fixed system can not display with some Graphic card.
2. Optimized system O.C. function.
3. Fixed on board audio record function.
4. Fixed “Execute Disable Bit” function fail.
anybody knows the details surrounding the "Optimized system O.C. function" update?
time to go back to school lol we got new options in the new bios
dram CLK driving strength "is 1 high or 8 high"?
dram data driving strength "is 1 high or 8 high"?
ch1 dll default skew
ch2 dll default skew
fine delay step degree "need help lol"
new gtl settings to confuse me more
mch ron offset value
mch rtt offset value
mch slew offset value
mch ref 1 value
mch ref 2 value
mch ref 3 value
praz need advice to know what to set them at lol
ok, thx.. i´ve to look for a floppy :D
Dram CLK Driving Strength (DS)
Dram Data Driving Strength (DDS)
DS and DDS are the signal strength settings for the ram.
Ch1 DLL Default Skew and Ch2 DLL Default Skew are the tables for the various type of ram used. Both should almost always be set to the same model.
All four of these settings will have a large influence on stability, max FSB and board voltages. Set wrong and the board may not even boot.
The added MCH option should not be adjusted. Most users will have no clue what each does and the values input needs to be in hexadecimal form. The Fine Delay Stepping changes the value for the clock skews. The default was 70ps now it's user selectable. But this is a global setting and applies to all clock skews.
For a lot of users these additional settings requiring user input is going to be more then they want to mess with.
Thanks I just flashed it in dos... I used an old dos boot cd I had made since this board doesn't like booting off my compact flash or my usb flash drive. anyways I noticed a 2C jump in all my temps at idle ( with my OC profile running) but that doesn't bother me. I have yet to fully test this bios though.
edit: I upgraded from the bios that came with the board that was dated 3/20.
ill have to update now.. i was just getting used to the old one.. lol. arghhh
sounds bad if i look @ clunk´s debug code explanation :shakes:
When overclocking, whenever i change DS and DDS value, they always revert back to 8 (both of them) on save and exit. Anybody else notice this?
i reverted back to older bios not stable for me @ high fsb
yeah im not sure about this one.. which one should i revert back to?? whats the best for the 45nm chips prior??
Well ive just flashed to the new bios and all my stable settings in the 320 bios would cause a c1 error when booting. Any way ive manage to get stable now but only to 3915Ghz instead of 4005Ghz but this bios did manage to drop my vtt volt from 1.21v to 1.16v. So i dont know if this bios is better or not so whats your opinion`s guys ???
Which are the most important settings for running 4 x 2GB on this board? Upped NB volts to 1.55 but it still seems to be unstable even without o/cing - with two sticks I get this Q9450 @ 3.6Ghz stable but 3.2Ghz with 8GB would serve me better. All tips welcome :)
I have to ask you gays..
If I have found a nice 500x8.5 oc and plan to change to x9 mult. Do I have to change any other voltage than vcore on this board to get a stable system?
I have decided to go with Q6600 + 4 x 2GB + liquid cooling. What kind of overclock do you guys think I can expect with this board? Any recommended settings? Would you recommend I get a different board with this setup?
