I'm just busting you're chops dude but you really picked a very difficult board to learn on!
I'm sorry if I hurt you're feelings not trying to make you look or feel stupid just know what you have before Buying it is all.
C1 ...did you clear c'mos?
No warrys man I know what I got myself into just wanna see windows on that computer thats all... I changed to the Corsairs memory and cleared the CMOS and try'd again always C1 like before.. So I hold down the DELETE and i was able to get in the bios again.
Where is the options to " raise the Northbridge and VTT voltages one notch and set memory voltage to 2.2 " ?
If i was to try to continue out of the bios I always get stuck here

Where to from here? Thanks!
Do you're self a Favor and make Praz's GTL Reference Voltage Scale you're Desktop Background
If I get to the desktop I sure would...!
Ok, from the screen in the pic you posted go to "Genie BIOS Setting". You will then be in the screen posted below. Select "Voltage Setting" and you will have access to the screens I posted above. Whatever the Northbridge and CPU VTT settings are raise them one setting.

Select the First option on the page "DIAMOND FLASH IMAGE" and dowload to desktop and Extract to Fresh Formatted Floppy Disk......
When Flashing the Bios Please Clear Cmos via Jumper pin prior to Flashing Bios!
Boot up after clearing Cmos press F1 to Continue and it will automatically Boot from Floppy Drive have DFI 9/13/07 Bios in Floppy drive just wait for it to finish Flashing (it takes a while) be patient! Just let it do its thing and when its finished it will ask you to remove Floppy Disk and Press F1 to reset DO NOT PRESS F1........just manually Power Down from the Power Button..
Unplug PSU power cord from Back of power Supply
Wait 5 minutes Open case and move cmos jumper to clear "Do Not Remove Battery"!
Depress Power Button for 2 minutes to drain remaining Juice from Motherboard Capacitors and leave Jumper in clear position for 10 minutes.
After 10 Minutes...Replace cmos Jumper to Normal Position
Power up / Press Delete to get into Bios//// Load Optimized Defaults /// Save/Exit////// You're Done!
Wear a Anti Static Wrist Band to avoid "E.S.D"= (Electro. Static. Discharge)
Try if you can when opening case if you can avoid it don't do it on Carpet!
Thank you very much Esau ill let you know how it went!
I try to install it on a old ATA 20GB hard drive I had but something went wrong... So right now I'm installing it on one of my 500GB hard drives Just got done with formating it and installing windows its now time for the settings and all that stuff... by the way it said something about the battery not passing windows logo or something like this? Whats with that? Did not understand it...
