Brett, Thanks. Yes it does increase temperature to a point. It's always balancing game of design of coil and airflow. Current one stops being better after 110cfm of airflow or so. (and I think most of people's sanity level of noise stops there too lol...) Thing runs around 80cfm under full blast right now due to constraint of controller. (low speed being about 50 cfm)
Ahh right. I have a Thermaltake A1926 fan ready for my first single-stage unit. (I'll post it soon, just waiting for evap :D ) Its rated 78CFM, will this be enough?
Also, could you name the types of fans you mentioned rated @ 110CFM?
I apologise if I should be posting this elsewhere!
No problem, Panaflo m1a, H1a, and u1a are my fav fans I use. 38mm so that it has bit more static pressure to push through. It depends on controller i have at time on which fan I use really and user preference.Quote:

Notice something new? :) Yes, plus II version of windows... :) I gave this batch of customer something extra as whole thing got delayed due to my recent move as well as delay from my lian-li distributor. Some got plus II fan for VGA slot cooling some got EX-34 upgrade from EX-23 free of charge.

A little over 250lbs... I feel sorry for DHL guy coming to pick it up today... :)
Guys, thank you so much for bearing with me through week or two of delay on this batch. A lot was going on here and I tried my best trying to meet deadline. I really appreciate your patiences :)
:toast:
Excellent work as always. That was really good of you to give the bonus for the delay. Businessmen like you seem to be a rarity these days. Again, props.
Looks like that's my little SS next to all those lian-li's. Too bad it won't see a Core 2 Duo for a while. And as always, the wait will be well worth it. I just hope it will get here before the weekend.
Awesome pics Jinu!! All those units are lookin shaarrppppppppppp
Sounds like the DHL guy really earns his paycheck when he comes around your neck of the woods lol

looks great, can't wait for mine to get here :D
Great work Jinu! You've become a one man guild! I must congratulate all you performance builders here. Thanks to all of you, phase change is getting to be better appreciated and standards have gone WAY UP!!! The bar keeps getting raised! Can't wait till my comp ready!
There is a reason I use DHL. When I ship multiple packages like this they ask before how much it weights... and when it is decent weight, 2 people comes in :) (even when delivering it to people quite often such is case) and they drive around minivan or van instead of big trucks. It was very pleasant people i saw and they handled the package with upmost care. I am not sure how it goes when it is in transist but at least 2 possible junction of dropped shipment, etc is eliminated in shipping process (oh and they are tad cheaper for package that is so oversized.. or a lot cheaper in cases vs UPS or Fedex.... saving to my customer as well). Haven't had to file insurance claim yet so that part I won't know and hopefully I will never have to find out lol :)
Thanks again for your paitences guys :) And thanks for the awesome comment :)
Like an idiot i missed my delivery. :( Im not familiar with dhls delivery practices in my area. Fedex usually comes in the morning, ups is always mid to late afternoon. They said i can pick it up tommorow morning. I just hope they dont give me a hard time about the package being sent to my forum username.
Did anybody else get theirs today?
Package company name is MrDeeds, but it should have your name on it. If you need help just call me up :)Quote:

OKAY... People with my latest batch... contact me via e-mail. I need to send you guys some file :)
Well, for once thanks to being able to starting to settle down at new home, I am not delayed for the job for long this time :) Really glad I caught back up hehe.
Sorry, I couldn't show you the progress Pablo. I think I might not do that until the shop is really organized :) But at least you can have sneak peek at your unit :)

Was too dark... wish I didn't have to use flash but here goes froster running. The setting on this units are... -40 startup computer, -30c force shut down of unit, -45c fan speed change (hey froster users... notice something new? :) In fact, that would be standard setting for all those who got my new file.

Care package... anyone notice something new? Yup. I started including dielectric grease from this one on enough for at least few application if not more so customer can get up and running without having to run to autozone, etc. :)
My last dozen standard units were shipped with tuning for best temp under 165w holding around 185-200w continuos load. Think you guys will like it better this way to have capacity up the sleeve for potential quad core in future, etc.
And our new external serial adapter port :DQuote:
