nik, can you provide all of the part numbers for the fittings from mcm?? it would be nice to have for future reference in case we needed a replacement or wanted to change out some of those stoppers for a fillport or something. also can you give the pn for the o-rings?

moonlight, the plugs are from Legris... not easy to get but they are the plugs that come with the Innovatek Fass-O-Matic or the Bullseye res from cape corp. The barbs are from Eddy_EK and are G1/4" thread, DD perfect seal barbs will work too. Eddy's barbs come with too skinny an oring to work right on the res, the oring I used for the barbs is mcmaster part # 9557K472 (which is the same size as the DD barb orings) and the oring for the glass is mcmaster part # 9557K124. The part # for the orings on the PLUGS is macmaster part # 9557K465.
Only use EPDM O-rings!!!!!
nik, Eddy's O-Rings... will they work on the Alphacool DDC top?

Well they are done. I did not get the square 120mm fan mount plates... but they are the same material as the face portion of the mount and come in clear, smoked and black plexi. Now for some pics, I have decided I just suck at taking pics :(
