Sure does, really sucks that it's continuing. It's on the X2's as well which I was really hoping it wouldn't.Quote:

If it's -40c then yes it sucks for ppls who want to run serious benchmarks but not as bad for running a chiller or outdoor cold watercooling...
Oh my GOD. That's so wonderful!
Look forward to seeing its performance inDOOM3.
I heard somewhere that the cold-bug has something to do with a temp probe around the die. Maybe its possible to cut it off? Might look into this, and btw, whats the cheapest ship with a known cold bug? Under 100, and I'll take it apart til I find what wrong.
My last watercooled Single card benchmarks.
The best I could do.

Great stuff man, I guess 10k will just have to wait a little longer :slap:
OK, if the cold bug effects you only under -40C then I think I'd be OK so long as I stuck with single stage phase change. Anybody know if its the same way for the X2's?
Thanks a lot for your hard work, Eric! Like always, very appreciated
Great Job OPP...Shame about the cold bug. Hopefully there is workaround.
great work!!! Puttin' up some excellent scores...

Amazing job, and you're sooo close to 10k, it'd be awesome if you can make it on WCing.

Most of them get it from experience. I talk to a few guys that have had the issue. Of course if your using something that cannot generate the low temps its not a problem.Quote:

Isn't the on chip temp sensor built right into the die? Besides that where did you hear that was the problem?
 :clap:Quote:

Excellent work on those scores OPP!
What version of ForceWare drivers are you using?
Are they possibly version 77.63’s.
on newegg, it's listing these cards as only supporting open GL 1.5...
is that wrong, or is Nvidia going backwards with thier hardware?
newegg has made some pretty ridiculous errors before so this might be one of them, lets wait and hope
