The similar core temps usually indicate similar reponse to overclocking and voltage tolerance. I actually picked the two middle cards. There was one card that idled at 41 C, two at 43C and one at 47C. They all pretty much auto detected to around 1180 on the memory with the stock HSF. Sometimes its all about luck ;)
