Same with Intel's marketing team. Well I guess they wanted to be like Apple using i + BMW naming scheme. 3, 5, 7-series :D

Yeah, if you look at the slides on the next pages it shows a pie chart explaining the balance.

that might be but this was about the slide,it's just a marketing slide about price ranges for systems and we shoouldn't try to read too much into it when it comes to perf.
in fact it's quite funny how much such slides are analyzed and yet the vantage numbers AMD leaked by mistake went mostly unnoticed.
