Ok,
thank you vern and Johnny87au for the tips, i think i'll end up choosing the MSI Twin Frozr II one. I'm looking for 950 MHz - 1000 MHz core for a good day use with reasonable °C if possible, so this one seems a good buy.
Gonna post some pics as soon as it arrived (i will order it on febbruary 17) as well as some benchmarks.
Thank you guys :)
Some low-volt action, on both CPU and GPU.
2600k @4.0GHz 1.12v, and GTX560 @905/1200 0.975v

2600k @4GHz 1.12v 30-min Prime small FFT :)

Still testing, and I could push both GPU and CPU (specially this got a lot headroom left) more, but I wouldn't need more.
This seams to be a good a low-volt setup for daily use and gaming in a compact build. Both are running cool and quiet with case-fans at ~60% :)

Fermi Little Prince :D
This is Inno3D GTX560TI
You got some nice clocks going there.
That seams to be another GPU, or a GTX560 from another planet, far from what I got.
When you look at reviews, many of them are hitting 970+ at stock voltages, while many of these cards won't do it in reality.
Many reviews seams to be getting cherry picked good cards like this one too.
I'm wondering if this is a good enough reason for RMA
I've found a moded-BIOS with fan profile 25-100% for GB OC 900/1002, and it's working fine.
It wasn't load at 40%, but it's idling very quietly at 25% and 34'C inside a very small case with very low-spinning fans.
Those who want, can download it here http://www.mvktech.net/index.php?opt...id=13&id=60215
560Ti out of the box stock run....I like this card:D

wow guys, awesome numbers there
yesterday i've ordered the MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC 880/4200, i think that tomorrow or monday i'll have it in my mail
Hi guys :)
finally the card is here, i'll show you some pictures and i hope you'll enjoy :)
got to make them black and white cause camera on my htc hd2 suck big time :shakes:
anyway, i can say that Twin Frozr II cooling solution is a big win, idle temp 28°C (ambient is about 23°C in my room, outside is 16°C today) and load temp under CoD Black Ops maxed out is 47°C, while under Unigine maxed out extreme tessellation is 55°C and under F1 2010 maxed out is 45°C all with fan on auto (40% - 45%, not more... really really silent)
gonna post some results as soon as possible with my humble rig, for now here are the pics

Best Regards,

I've received my new EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB and stuck on the arctic accelero plus cooler. 3DMark11:4820 points!
Stormad Whats your load temps?? They seem pretty good for idle temps as your voltage is higher then most golden 560's..
yeah it's a pretty sweet card and it let me game at everything without problems :)
anyway i'm still testing the card with some games (metro 2033, f1 2010, CoD, crysis warhead etc...). the card is awesome, cool, quiet and a big step up from my old gtx 280.
only issue i have is that i can't change my core voltage :S
i mean, i launch afterburner, flag "unlock voltage" and all the necessary stuff but i can only change core mhz, mem mhz, shaders mhz and fan speed.
msi gtx 560 ti tf II OC should have voltage regulation, right? i'm sure i'm missing something... Can you please help me?
thank you in advance :)
My card is an MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozr II - OC (i've seen on msi.com that it has core voltage regulation as well as the standard Twin Frozr II, the SOC and the Gold Edition, so i think it's not an hardware related problem).
i've also found this on another forum
and it seems that i need to install the beta version to unlock voltage tweak lol :rolleyes:Quote:
Hi, well i just got a MSI GTX 560-TI 1 gig and dowloading the 2.0 afterburner software, just so u know, the 560 dosent have support on the 2.0, u have to get the 2.1 beta, uninstall he 2.0 reboot and clean install the beta version, as soon as i opened it i noticed the voltage control was now unlocked and could be tweeked, hoped this helpe yeah
I'm gonna try it as soon as possible. only another question, just to have some clarification:
when i open gpuz i read VDCC: 0.9500v ... is that my core VID?
thank you again for your help vern :)

I use the Inspector to see the VID :D
